I lived in units 312 and 211 for a total of three years. When I first toured the place, I felt like this room was meant for me. There was a coffee bar, a gym, and a small courtyard. This area is safe, but it’s always better to be careful.

I lived here for almost two years (Aug 2023 - July 2025). It was my first time experience for me that apartment office stuff is nice, helpful, responsible, and they actually work! Stuff response and maintenance are quick.

Love Artisan!! Been living here for over 2 years and highly recommend. The team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Great experience!!

I recently toured here and I absolutely loved it. The management staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. I 100% planned to move here but I ended up taking a job that has me no longer moving to Nashville. I strongly recommend giving them a look if you are moving to the Nashville/Midtown area.

I can't say enough good things about the Artisan on 18th Apartments, especially when it comes to maintenance! Freddie, the head of maintenance, is an absolute gem. His reliability and quick response times have made my living experience here so much more enjoyable. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a more complex issue, Freddie handles everything with professionalism and a friendly smile. It's comforting to know that someone so dedicated is looking after our homes. Highly recommend living here!
