Teresa Ciucci 3 months agoToday I had the pleasure of being toured by Victoria. I cannot say enough great things about my tour! Victoria was organized, laser focused on the best options for me during our discussion and Q and A about my needs and wants in an apartment, and didn't waste my time showing me something that was not a fit for me. Furthermore, since I am moving from Chicago to Nashville, she offered very helpful insights into the neighborhood and surrounding areas. Her customer service and professionalism was impeccable while sincerely friendly. I was very impressed!! While I think the building may be too far from my work--this would be the ONLY reason why I wouldn't rent. Gorgeous apartments, full of light, very large, beautiful, lots of storage, and very very unique amenities (of course they have the typical ones) that I have not seen anywhere else. (Who else has an artist studio with easels you can use to paint???? No one!) The amenities are all based off of Nashville living/lifestyle apparently. Artist, gamer, professional, urban etc..If you are looking for an apartment close to downtown, check it out. And ask for Victoria.
Kim Reynolds 5 months agoWe were the first applicants when the new property management company took over the building. There will always be obstacles when implementing new systems and the team handled the process with grace. Mya is fantastic and was very communicative throughout the entire process! The management team seems happy to work here and that sets the vibe for the residents! Lamont with the maintenance team went above and beyond. The request was responded to the same day and appliances fixed properly. We appreciate that!
Taylor R 3 months agoI’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review before, but my experience here warrants sharing. From the beginning, I did not feel safe or supported. An exterior door remained unlocked throughout my tenancy, the garage gates were frequently broken and stuck open, and there were multiple car break ins. Given the surrounding area, the lack of secure access was concerning. I ultimately chose to move out early because I did not feel safe and was not getting adequate rest. The property is extremely noisy - constant street traffic, late night garbage pickup, loud neighbors, and frequent train noise made it very difficult to sleep. Management doubled the lease buyout and could not clearly explain the legal basis. They refused to communicate directly, and everything had to go through their attorney, who also could not justify it legally. Communication was poor, my concerns were dismissed, and I often felt treated as the problem rather than having legitimate issues addressed. The new management company’s rude and unprofessional approach made an already difficult situation worse. I understand no property is perfect, but basic safety, communication, and respectful treatment of residents should be standard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Sarah Shepherd a year agoI lived here for 3.5 years and was happy for most of it. I was a good resident, never any noise complaints and always paid my rent on time, so the way my time ended here was really disappointing. My last month here, a flood happened in the apartment above me. This caused my bathroom and kitchen to leak and there was standing water in both. I got there immediately to move my pets because I was not home and I was asked if I had somewhere else to stay, (so… it wasn’t live-able) I was given false hope when I was told we could look at possibly ending my lease early since it was ending in 37ish days anyways. So… about a week goes by and I go to talk to Rodney, the apartment manager, about getting some money off of my rent at least (I was told they would not end my lease early) But he tells me the apartment was “deemed livable” and also said “so you expect me to give you money off just because of a few holes in the ceiling?” I was honestly shocked at how rude and condescending he was to me about this. This could have been a much better situation if he had been kind about this but he wasn’t at all. I understand corporate makes these calls as well but he is the manager and should be more understanding and help his residents more! The repairs were not complete until a couple days before my lease ended (so, it took almost 4 weeks) Thankfully I had somewhere else to move into. But if I didn’t, these photos are what I would’ve been living in, and paying full rent for. I have always recommended people to live here and I will never ever again. I want to say the rest of the people that work here are incredible. But corporate and management is not good.
bryce Austin 5 months agoThe staff was amazing when I came to see the property. Victoria did an amazing job of showing me the property and super knowledgeable about the apartments. I would definitely recommend stopping by and learning more.
