Took me 20 minutes to figure out where and how to park. Not very good instructions. And, when I figured it out, I ended up parking a floor below the lobby. This sucked because it was 27 degrees and there's no stairs outside near the lobby. Check in wasn't bad, but should have been done before we arrived. Very nice woman behind the counter though. Finding the room wasn't immediately clear. Since I had 512, I guessed the 5th floor. Room was good and clean. Though the garbage disposal looked pretty gross. The marble table broke as soon as I put pressure on it. I had to go down the lobby and make sure I wasn't going to be dinged for it. They had maintenance come up and try to fix it, but it was toast. Very nice maintenance lady as she was able to answer some of my queries about vending machines. Anyway, the table ended up getting rolled away, so I had no table in the living room. The bathroom sink had very little water pressure, like a drizzle. The shower was fine, but places need to stop using gel. It severely dries you out. Overall, an ok enough stay. *if you've never been here. Go to the lobby and ask where the parking garage is and where to park. I recommend the 3rd floor. You also need to download an app in order to get in, so do that beforehand.

Approx 10 min walk from broadway. Rooms were very spacious. Beds were comfortable however it was listed as a large double bed but it was a standard double bed. Coffee and tea provided in the room however no milk so be sure to get milk on day of arrival and you can store in the refrigerator. Would stay again!

Off the beaten path of Nashville but so worth it!! Walkable to every place we wanted to try. This is not a traditional hotel, more like airbnb apartments which for us was a fantastic idea! Rooms were very spacious and had full kitchen and laundry! We were blown away with how big the space was. It was quiet to sleep, had it's own parking garage (paid), and was so convenient! Will definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a pet-friendly, comfortable suite with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer that is close to downtown, you won't find a better bargain than Sentral Sobro. Everything in our room and at the facility was in excellent condition. The staff was warm and friendly and made me feel like they truly enjoyed taking care of their guests.

I stayed with Sentral during the ice storm last week when I was displaced from my home. During check in the front desk team handled the army of other displaced Nashvillians with professionalism and a positive attitude. Timeka Hill, the Assistant General Manager checked me in for my stay and she was super kind and gracious, got me up to my room in 5 minutes once I spoke to her. The room was clean, organized, and had several accommodations you wouldn’t normally see in a hotel room: in-unit washer and dryer, oven & stovetop, dishwasher, even a toaster. They even let me bring my cats(with a reasonable pet fee), which was a major stress point for me initially when I began looking into hotels while my home’s power outage situation became more and more uncertain. Sentral and their team was a saving grace.
