River House is a great place to live! Everyone in the leasing office and management are friendly and listen to your concerns. Especially Haiden; she is always ready with a smile and a greeting! Shout out to all the maintenance guys, they're the best! The apartment sizes are very nice with plenty of room. The balconies are a great size and pretty peaceful to sit out on. There's close and easy freeway access if you head out a lot and it's an 8 block walk to Broadway with endless places to explore! I picked River House because of the bike trail access behind the building and I couldn't be happier. I've met lots of friends here already and the pool area is a great place to meet up!

I just finished a wonderful 13 months at Riverhouse. Haiden, Nick, and Valin in the front office were incredibly helpful throughout my residence, making every interaction positive, even if my reason for contacting them wasn't. Pool and workout facility we're awesome, accessible, and useful. I will say, the Wifi in the co-working space wasn't very reliable, but that was my only complaint with the building, facility, and neighborhood, although being within walking distance of Crema, Pinewood Social, and the Taco Bell Cantina was dangerous for my finances

Just moved in recently and absolutely love my apartment. The leasing staff was efficient in finding me a new home quick and meeting my needs. Love the size of the 1-bedrooms they offer. The floor plan I have can fit a 10ft long couch and I still have room on each side! Great amenities to enjoy as well!

My husband and I lived here for two years, we had our baby here. Best place to live, the maintenance team is incredible. The only thing that bothered us was the safety of the surrounding streets, always having cars with broken windows and sometimes a lot of pool parties. However, everything can be endured!
