Although there are very few people at Capital View who truly seem to care, Darci and Patti has been one of the only staff members who has shown genuine compassion, concern, and professionalism throughout my experience here. She has been an absolute rockstar during this situation, and I truly appreciate the effort, kindness, and support she has tried to provide. Unfortunately, even with Darci, Patti doing everything she can, it still has not been enough to make this feel like a safe or healthy place to live. My overall experience at Capital View has been extremely disappointing. It often feels like the priority is “money, money, money” instead of the safety and well-being of the residents. A home should be a place where people feel respected, protected, and comfortable, and that has not been my experience here. There are serious issues involving drugs, harassment, bullying, and an environment that does not feel welcoming or safe for members of the LGBT community. As someone who is part of that community, I never expected to hear slurs like “faggots” yelled outside my own door in the place where I live. I have also been cursed at by other residents, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable in my own home. What was even more frustrating was bringing these concerns to the front office and expressing that I did not feel safe, only to feel like the response was more focused on resolving tenancy issues rather than acknowledging the seriousness of someone not feeling safe where they live. Everyone deserves to feel respected and secure in their home. While I genuinely appreciate Darci and Patti and everything they have tried to do, one or two caring staff member cannot fix the larger problems that exist here.

I toured this property today and had a great experience. I’ve been living in The Gulch for the past two years and have been thinking about making a move, so I’ve seen my fair share of places around Nashville. Darci was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming from start to finish. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process feel comfortable and pressure-free. I had a tour of the apartment with Darci DiSalvio and she was amazing! She was personable and made the experience informative as well as fun! Even after my tour, she has responded to all of my questions quickly and been extremely kind and accommodating. If you looking to schedule a tour, I highly recommend Darci!

I had to move in on an extremely short timeline due to my job and the staff were super accommodating and helpful! Special thanks to Jamie my leasing consultant who helped me find an apartment available to move into the next day that still met all my other requirements couldn't have done it without her!

Had a great tour at Residences at Capitol View last weekend thanks to Darci! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and relaxed. Really appreciated how she took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options that actually fit. Definitely recommend asking for her if you’re touring!
