Skye and the whole management team did an amazing job with my move in! I was so nervous coordinating everything from states-away. We even arrived after-hours following some U-Haul issues but when we got in, everything was seamless and the management team had moved all the copious packages I ordered into my unit to make set-up SO easy. The skyline view from the hot tub is amazing, gym is top-tier, and the floor plans just make sense. Having relocated from the East Coast I was worried about sacrificing walkability and amenities only to come into an even better (and much quieter) setup that’s SUCH a quick walk to everything. Absolutely love Novel Edgehill, and even after touring every luxury offering in the Gulch, I haven’t thought twice about whether I made the right choice. Already feeling so at-home!

Novel has the best amenities I’ve seen in the gulch, the gym is a hot spot with great equipment. They also have a Pilates studio next door for my girl

A few months ago, I reviewed my experience at Novel Edgehill as 5/5. I really enjoy living here overall, especially under the previous management team. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth. Maintenance was also fantastic, quick and reliable, and a big reason I felt comfortable renewing my lease. Since the management change, things have been noticeably different. There didn’t seem to be a smooth transition between the management teams, which has led to confusion and inconsistency. Communication has been lacking, emails often go unanswered, and when I went into the office with a question about my rent, I didn’t feel like I got clear or confident answers. It’s been frustrating compared to how well things were handled before. There also haven’t been any resident events, which used to be a great part of the community and made living here feel more engaging. I still appreciate my time here, but I hope to see improvements in responsiveness, organization, and community involvement moving forward. Old review: The location is perfect for Nashville — close to everything and still feels safe and comfortable. Maintenance is amazing too. Anytime I’ve submitted a request, it’s been taken care of the same day. The community here is really welcoming, and the events they host are a great way to meet people and feel connected. Ky and Adam were awesome during my tour, answered all of my questions, and were extremely supportive throughout the move-in process. The leasing team has remained helpful even after move-in, which I really appreciate. Overall, I genuinely love living here and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

I’ve had such a positive experience living at this apartment. The property is always clean, well kept, and feels safe, which was a big deal for me when I moved to Nashville. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and without hassle. One of the best parts of living here is the leasing office team. All of the leasing agents are professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction I’ve had has been positive. You can tell they actually care about the residents and want things to run well. I especially want to recognize Ky. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and valued. Ky brings such a positive, professional energy to the office, and it truly makes a difference. I love living here and it would take a lot for me to move somewhere else.
