I lived at LOCAL for a year and had the best experience! I couldn't tour in person and had to choose an apartment from another country, which was very stressful, but Luana made all the difference. From our very first call to the day I moved out, she was caring, responsive & incredibly helpful, guiding me through the virtual tour, answering every question, and supporting me through the whole application process - and she was just as great the whole time I lived there. I'm going to miss her! The rest of the management team and staff were equally warm, organized, responsive, and accommodating. The amenities are incredible, and I took full advantage of all of them. So grateful for such a great year in Nashville.

Looove this space, love the amenities. Discovered it through TikTok and then saw it again on Instagram, and it did NOT disappoint. It's as vibey in real life as it is online. Everyone is so kind. There's a lot of spots to choose from in Nashville and this spot feels intentional, fresh, and meets so many needs. Particularly love the events that they host. Those have been a really big highlight for me. Moving to Nashville, I needed the convenience of community, and Faiths done such a thoughtful job around that. I genuinely look forward to them!

We just moved in to The Local 3 weeks and are LOVING it. The staff is so amazing. Especially Allen, he is just the sweetest and so helpful. The amenities are top notch. The community has been lovely and the social event are so fun. Tonight we had a happy hour at a local restaurant. If you are looking to move to Nashville you have a lot of choices and you will not be disappointed if you choose The Local.

Josh did an amazing job fixing my washer!! He also helped with little maintenance things around my apartment that I didn’t even put in a request for. He’s awesome!

Me and my husband just moved in and we are obsessed! Absolutely love the ammenities (they have a secret speak easy room!)The location is fabulous as we are close to the activity of Midtown without being smack dab in the middle of the chaos. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We’re so excited to be here. 10/10 would def recommend. 🎉
