Living here has been the perfect downtown Nashville experience! Being in a mid-rise, I feel so much more connected to the city streets than I would in a massive high-rise. The walkability is unbeatable! I can easily head out to grab dinner in The Gulch or go shopping without ever needing my car. I also often enjoy the walking and running trails and the short walk to Fort Negley that has amazing views of the city at night. Five stars for the team here! The management and maintenance staff are incredibly responsive and always go above and beyond to keep the building spotless. This is a pet friendly location, that’s for sure. I love the sky lounge views of downtown Nashville, the gym, the office spaces, and the pool that faces downtown are awesome. I enjoy the easy parking options and I truly enjoy my cars being garaged. I enjoy partaking in some of the community events, but I truly enjoy the diner cooking and the morning coffee get together with other building buddies that are now my friends. The units are stylish with great natural light (I love all the windows), If you want a luxury feel without the 'big building' headaches, this is the spot.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Broadstone Sobro. During a particularly challenging transition in my life, they went above and beyond to make the moving process smooth and stress free. Their kindness and professionalism have made a lasting impression on me. All of the office staff is fantastic - Sarah is someone I’m particularly grateful for and I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about their residents! Apartments are extremely well maintained and maintenance team is amazing too!

I’ve been living here for about 3 months now and honestly I’ve loved my experience so far. The team has always been very responsive and everything I’ve needed has been solved quickly and efficiently. One of my favorite things about living here is definitely the amenities and all the activities they organize for residents — it really makes the community feel welcoming and enjoyable. I also absolutely love the apartment design; it was exactly the style and vibe I had been looking for. The location is amazing and super convenient. I also want to mention that Sarah was incredibly helpful from the beginning. She welcomed us with such an amazing energy and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Overall, I’m really happy I chose this place and would definitely recommend it.

I highly recommend living at Broadstone Sobro, great community, awesome amenities, professional staff and beautiful apartments. And shoutout to the assistant manager Sarah!! She has been so helpful through our transfer, making the whole process very smooth. Thank you to the maintenance staff as well!
