Carson Lee a month agoI moved hear from San Antonio TX. After accepting a job in Nashville I had less than a week to find a place. I looked online and after researching and debating I decided to call Abberly Foundry. Jonah answered and I explained my situation. He was more than helpful and explain to me how I could go online and do the whole application process. Jonah was also very patient with me for the several times I called after submitting my application wanting an update. After my application was accepted Ragen then reached out to take me through the signing of the lease and to come up with the plan for me to move into my new apartment on a Sunday even though the office was closed. Everything went according to plan and I was able to get into my new apartment just fine. I was excited to see a welcome packet when I came in hand signed by the staff Jonah, Reagan and Catherine. I was also very relieved to see a modern luxury apartment. I called on a Tuesday and was able to move in on Sunday. The property is fantastic. I can't say enough about how great the staff is here. If you're moving from out of state and you need a place to live I highly suggest giving this place a call.
Caden Furry a month agoI would strongly caution anyone considering living here. Since the change in management, the property has declined significantly compared to when I moved in during 2024. During summer 2025, my A/C failed repeatedly about six separate outages. On multiple nights I was left sleeping in uncomfortable heat around 78°F+. When I contacted emergency maintenance, I was told by Chris (head of maintenance) that it “has to be above 81°F” to be considered an emergency, even when the unit was clearly not functioning properly. Getting timely help during these outages was inconsistent and frustrating. In winter 2026, my heat completely failed and my apartment dropped to 59°F. For about a week I had to pay out of pocket for a hotel during that time and received no meaningful compensation or support. Security has also been a serious concern, including vehicle break-ins (my car included, with about $1,200 in losses). Management’s response was essentially that it “happens everywhere” with no real resolution. Additional issues include inconsistent valet trash service and poor communication from staff. I’m currently still locked into my lease until 10/27/26, and I truly wish it ended sooner. When the time comes, I will be moving out of this property and look forward to living somewhere that treats residents with far better care and reliability than I’ve experienced here at Abberly.
dina ludovici 4 months agoWhen I first moved in in 2022, all was great, loved it, would have recommended it to everyone, until around January 2025, things declined quickly after several management changes. Security declined greatly due to decline in building maintenance: front door entrance often didn't completely close and would just be wide open; garage door entrance broke often leaving another access point open; etc. My car was stolen from the garage, yet there was "no video recording of it leaving" (aka the garage door was likely open/broken and they didn't want any liability). This happen to several cars, which is no surprise in Nashville, so they had a security car overnight to try and deter....which in theory was great, but in reality did nothing. In fact, the overnight security instead focused on tenants instead of outsiders. Security placed a sticker on my car and several other cars for parking "violations" in the garage, the sticker literally said "hard to remove" on the label. It was a nightmare getting off and the complex did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue for myself and several other tenants. Several break-ins occurred throughout 2025, thankfully not to my place, these are just the ones I know about from talking to neighbors, I'm sure there were more but the complex would never put out statements. My rent went up, yet the pricing on the website would go down, and management had no explanation or resolution to my concerns. Garbage disposal is a disaster, valet trash often doesn't come around despite being charged every month for it. The halls often smell because of this. The entrance to the garage is terrible engineering, they place trash pick up there and essentially becomes a one way lane, I'd often get stuck there in the morning when leaving for work due to trash pick up. Sounds like a petty thing to mention, but its on a bend and becomes a safety hazard as it creates blind spots at a bend, easy place for accidents to happen. All to say, the quality of the apartments are nice and well designed.....but poor management and upkeep was steady declining at the end of my stay. Ultimately the combination of safety concerns, essentially MIA management, and lack up building upkeep I moved and haven't regretted it since. Unless they make some serious changes to their cooperate structure, I would look elsewhere to live.
Brad Zelk 9 months agoIf you're looking for a place where you can hear the trains going by at all hours of the day and night, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a place that maintenance lets themselves in without knocking, or emailing ahead of time to let you know they are coming to change the a/c filter, this is the place for you. If you don't expect maintenance issues that you report to ever get addressed or resolved, this is the place for you. If you love listening to other residents dogs bark all day and night, and love finding dog poop in the elevators, this is the place for you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It looks nice at first, but really isn't worth the price.
Madison Perry 2 months agoJalen and Trevor came to change out my dryer. They made the process quick and easy. Whenever I see them on the property they always say hi to my dog and I and we appreciate the kindness:))
