This is the best apartment building I've ever lived in. The staff is kind, the building is super clean, the amenities are amazing. the gym is AWESOME!! lived here for 2 years and LOVED IT 10/10. Moving in and out was EASY with the service elevator and the loading dock you can reserve and the staff is super helpful. Other residents are really nice too. Common areas are always in pristine condition. They decorate it really nice during the holidays and its super safe during storms. Also the fire pace area and the rooftop are so beautiful during the sunset, we used it so much during my time living there. Location is perfect if you want to be near all the social things happening. I would walk home from broadway on nights out, its that close and SUPER SAFE there's a police station down the road. I would walk to events at Nissan from the apartments too, super easy and close. Really close to the gulch, super markets, events, restaurants etc.

I had a great experience living at 805 Lea and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Nashville. Logan was really nice and helped me get a great deal, which made the whole process smooth and easy from the start. Kelly and Holly were also super nice and accommodating throughout my time there. They truly were amazing and made the experience great. Overall, 805 Lea has a great team and made my living experience really positive. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my year living here. Overall its a very nice building in a great location. The lobby is very aesthetic and the rooftop is super nice and always empty. Garage parking spots are a little tight, the elevators sometimes take a while to come, the gym is kinda small, and every now and again you’ll need the concierge for either a package or to let in a delivery and they wont be there but even with those little things the people working in the building are quality and so are those living here. And tons of friendly dogs!!

I recently moved into 805 Lea from a different high rise that was located in Midtown and I am thrilled with my choice. 805 Lea showcases high end finishes like real wood floors, better sound proofing in the walls and better technology with less of a wait time for the elevators. Everyone at 805 Lea has been extremely welcoming and accommodating - from the concierge staff, the leasing agents, maintenance staff, cleaning staff and other residents.

I’ve lived at 805 Lea for a little over two years, and as I’m getting ready to move out of state, I felt like I had to leave a review because this place has truly stood out in amazing ways when comparing it to all the places I’ve lived at before. First, the leasing office team is absolutely incredible. Logan, Kelley, and Holly are genuinely some of the best people I’ve ever interacted with in any housing situation. They don’t just treat you like a lease, they treat you like a person. They’ve always been helpful, flexible, and willing to listen whenever I’ve needed anything, it’s so easy to talk to them which is rare for a leasing office. That is the biggest reason I chose to renew my lease here and this is the only apartment I’ve ever re-signed at, which says a lot!! But also what really makes this building special is the sense of community. I’ve met some of my closest friends living here. Neighbors talk to each other, people hang out by the pool in the summer, and it actually feels like a neighborhood, not just an apartment complex. You truly get a community here. As of course the amenities are great, the city views are amazing, the building is clean and well-kept, and I’ve always felt extremely safe here. As someone who travels for work, knowing I could leave for periods of time and come back feeling completely secure gave me peace of mind. The 24-hour concierge team is also wonderful and adds another level of comfort and safety especially living downtown. Of course, like any building in Nashville, there are minor things like elevators can be slow sometimes, and garage parking can occasionally be frustrating but the positives here outweigh any small inconveniences by a mile. I’m honestly really sad to be leaving. This place has been home in a way that goes beyond just an apartment, and I’m so grateful for the people here who made it that way. If you’re considering living at 805 Lea, I truly can’t recommend it enough!!!
