I went to stay with a good friend and felt absolutely safe and at home. This place feels like Fort Knox, security is above and beyond expectations. I felt like there were layers to this Beverly Hills high-rise prison system. On a serious note, the concrete walls and ceiling have subtle accents of high end interior decoration with a top-shelf vibe.

I recently moved out of state, but lived on the 21st floor of the 505 before moving away and was so beyond happy with my experience there! The amenities are amazing, my view was so difficult to leave, and the staff was amazing. I really felt like I was part of a community and made several friends. Choosing to live without a car and living at the 505 was so easy…I could walk to work in 5 minutes and to Broadway, several restaurants, bars, stores, etc… Love the 505 and only have happy memories of it!

Definitely pricey but the views, amenities AND Josh Wynters (the concierge) are amazing. I have never seen a more Knowledgeable concierge than Josh Wynters. He knows everyone’s name, and what they do. He invests in all Of the people he takes care of, He single-handedly could convince me to stay here If I was planning on leaving.

Love living here. This building is 10/10. Everything from touring, getting my follow-up questions answered by Zach and Justin with leasing, to applying, signing my documents and moving in has been so easy and the team was very organized and responsive. The pool is seriously unmatched with anything else I’ve seen downtown (I toured five spots). There’s so much seating and lots of cabanas, and the decor and design is modern/doesn’t feel cheap. It truly really feels like living at a luxury hotel. The parking garage is under the building, easy to access, and secure from public (but also has public parking connected which is great for guests). Secure elevators in a gated, resident-only part of the garage go right up to any resident floor (again, you need a key card so it’s super secure). There’s 24/7 concierge and it’s a massive team (some buildings say they have 24/7 desk coverage but only have a two-person team… no bueno, IMO. Gotta ask so you can be confident you’ll always have someone at the door if that’s important to you!). Once I knew I liked this building the most, I sat in the lobby for an hour to get a sense of the concierge services and the current residents and loved all of it. Everyone is friendly, there’s a lot of camaraderie between staff and residents, and there’s lots of dogs. Since I’ve moved in, people say hello in hallways and elevators and are really welcoming. I also loved that a portion of the floors are for owners only, so it’s not just renters, which makes me feel confident in the care for the building by the staff and community among the residents. It’s a five min walk to the Ryman, Broadway bars, and all the shops/restaurants on Fifth + Broadway. The concrete ceilings are good looking and also serve as great noise cancelers. Tall ceilings and massive windows. Couldn’t be happier to live here!
