I have had such a great experience at 2010 West End! Lillie was amazing — she worked so hard to help me and my roommate move in on time, especially after our other lease fell through last minute. She truly went above and beyond for us. I really recommend working with her in the leasing office with any of your concerns or application questions because she is very organized, positive, and sweet! The apartment itself feels very safe and is a great fit for girls looking for a secure place close to campus (behind Kissam). There are a lot of Vanderbilt students who live here which is a great way to meet new people and live with other upperclassmen. The location is unbeatable — right next to Vanderbilt and super convenient to Midtown for food and everything else. It is a very clean complex and has 24 hour concierge which is a huge bonus! Very pretty at sunset too! My only concern is that the gym is a bit small and outdated, so residents would really appreciate if it could be updated. Other than that, everything has been great. Definitely recommend!

Loved living here for two years, great staff and amenities! I need to give a special shout-out to Robin, who works in the concierge. She was incredibly helpful during my tenancy here and helped make the move-out process as seamless as possible. Also Travis in management was great and was very accommodating and flexible during my stay in 2010 West End. And thank you to Lillie for assisting me during the initial leasing process and move-in.

Let me start by saying my daughter was super excited to possibly live here as of August 2026 so much so that she was convinced/influenced by Travis in the leasing office to put down an admin and application fee totaling $325 to join the waitlist which would make her first priority for apartment availabilities in her price range.This is all with the promise that the application fee would be refundable if she did not occupy an apt. However, upon visiting some months later to take a tour we learned by a different agent that all her fees paid was not refundable. Needless to say, she as well as myself were shocked and upset because that is not what Travis had promised. As a young woman venturing on her own with not much disposable funds this really took her back. Worse yet, she was only notified one time only of an available apartment just this past week after six months of being on this so called waitlist but the apt. sent was 1k more than the budget she provided. The waitlist fee and promise is a money grab because other nearby buildings don't make you join a waitlist and yet they still remember your budget and needs when an apartment becomes available with no money down. Moreover, the lobby was in serious contruction when we visited which was not disclosed. That too was a shock. I just don't appreciate how my daughter was handled and that turned us off from considering this building. Do with that as you may. Update as of June 2026 - Management reached out to address my disapproval and just in general how everything was handled. More importantly, they kindly reimbursed my daughter all of her $325 admin/app fee. Thank you @2010 West End for the prompt response and resolution. Truly appreciated!

I adore my home at 2010 West End. My view is off the chain. I have the sunset and the moonrise! The location is central to everything. From hiking trails, to concert venues, it’s all right here. The amenities within the community are top notch. Do yourself a favor and check them out! 10 /10 recommend!

The views (sunrises and sunsets)! 🌇😍 The amenities! The staff! All AMAZING! 👌🏻 I love being in close proximity to walk to tons of great restaurants, music venues and work! And honestly, it just keeps getting better here, they keep making improvements and I just LOVE this place and my space here! 😍 It’s inspiring, to say the least and definitely gets my creative juices flowing for someone who works in Music and loves this Music City way of life! ❤️👌🏻 This is IT! 💯 Live in the Sky! 🌇 Oh, and maintenance is great too, if anything goes wrong, they come out right away! 💯👏🏻
