Moved with Tulsa remote. Towards the end of the lease communication was terrible, there were several versions of my lease and they couldn't confirm my move out date, and then I was excessively charged at moveout. Was billed for a full clean and full paint after being advised to have a contractor fill the holes (which I paid for). Please review these photos and decide if an additional $440 was warranted. I previously left a wonderful review but the transparent experience is there is a lot of vagrancy, intermittent power outages, and the noise carries through the building/apartment.

Never cleaned black mold out of my unit, then overcharged me for damages upon moving out. M2M prices were almost double the 14m lease price. Really, there is no good amenities. The gym is cramped and dusty. Staff is friendly, but they dont have reliable maintenance.

village Flats is a best case scenario apartment complex. The in house team is 10/10 (Shannon being absolutely amazing), the apartments are the nicest, cutest, & most updated around the area, prices are so reasonable, the location right near the park, right on the outskirts of Downtown.. are PERFECT! Walkable to everything, right near the best brewery in Tulsa (Nothing’s Left), & the community just makes you feel so at home. if you are torn between Village Flats & another place.. look no further! You definitely will not be disappointed here.

I lived at the property 2.5 years. We definitely had some difficulty in our first unit & through out the first year we went through alot of managers. Once Cassie came along we really started to be heard & she moved us units to better fit our needs & fix the things we had issues with. The property is truly amazing with how small it is. You know all your neighbors, it’s so close to downtown you could walk there. It’s also far enough away you are not in the heart of all of the events that go on. We would have stayed many more years, but we got a house for our two dogs to run free. It’s one of the only properties in the area that offer a garage & that was a big deal for us. It’s nice to live in a place that’s locally owned & will always work things out with you. The place is nice, management is great, area is great. Highly recommend.
