Live here with fiancé. Love the apartment, view and the living experience inside. Outside...not so much. Lots of homeless in downtown Tulsa. The one positive to that though is that I always see the Tulsa Security Task Force cars around and they are handling a lot of them successfully it appears.

Last year I toured nearly every apartment building downtown and Art Deco Lofts and Apartments are by far the cleanest, most spacious and best value I have found. Parking is easy, mainenance is quick and although I haven't needed to call them, the 24/7 security makes me feel safe. The common areas are always pristine and I have the sweetest neighbors. Nikki and Yatziry do a great job communicating and they truly treat their tenants like family!

The Art Deco Lofts & Apartments community is such a great place to live. I've been a tenant for almost eighteen months and love the Downtown location. Initially, I had signed my lease sight unseen as a last-minute emergency right before a cross-country move with Tulsa Remote and was so nervous... However, building management made the process seamless, and even provided a walk-through video for me so that I could have a feel for the layout before the movers arrived. The building is well-cared for, as are the tenants; any concerns or maintenance needs are addressed straight away, and the entire Price Family Property team has been such a dream to work with. The units are well-appointed, and the industrial elements add great character; you'll also find historical details from the Art Deco era throughout the building, too! Neighbors are sociable and warm, and there is secure underground parking for a very reasonable monthly rate. In the future, I'll need to find a larger apartment since I work from home, but am hoping to stay within Price Family Properties because of the great living experience—regardless, when it is time to say goodbye to this unit, it will be bittersweet. If you're reading this and on the fence about leasing? Do it. You'll love it here.

I have absolutely loved my time at this apartment. Perfect location to walk to anything in the downtown area and the quickest drive from anywhere else. Also, the staff is super on point of any questions or concerns and take great care inside to out of the complex. Furthermore, the biggest thing is the 24/7 security. I have never felt unsafe when around the building day or night. Always felt comfortable being home and enjoy the friendly environment through the building. Highly recommend the place to anyone!

Park Views! This building offers amazing amenities, including a gym, common room, underground parking & Storage!(perfect for beating the weather). We absolutely love living here! The Management team and Building Maintenance team seem to be available 24/7! I don't how they do it. Highly Recommend!
