Wonderfully restored Art Deco building from the end of the Deco era. Exquisite marbled hallways. Management takes great care in cleanliness and upkeep. It’s the best of modern living in an historic building expected to house downtown’s only grocery store… at long last!

I cannot say enough good things about this entire process with Yatzi and the ARCO building. I was moving across the country and she couldn’t have been more patient and accommodating. She provided a virtual tour, sent me links directly to the forms and answered all of my questions within 2 hours of me sending off many emails. Most often it was within 15 minutes. My apartment was readily open for move in when my company was needing me and so she was able to temporarily house me in another unit. What amazing customer service! She also took the time to walk me through the building when I was onsite and she also worked with me on the new “fancy” door locking system. And the building is industrial beautiful. Thank you Yatzi & team.

Moving to The Arco was easily one of the best decisions my partner and I made. Honestly, we express daily gratitude for this home. Among the highlights for us are the location. We are in the center of it all downtown and feel safe living here. If you're hesitant about living downtown, I highly recommend taking a tour and seeing how much the area has changed compared to old perceptions. There are great shops, restaurants and amazing residents here. And YES, our new mayor has done an incredible job of cleaning up downtown. I haven't felt this safe since I moved to Tulsa 5 years ago! It's a great community to be a part of. Secondly the building management is outstanding and I am not exaggerating. We've had almost no need for any maintenance requests here as the apartments are fairly new (our unit is completely brand new and we are the first tenants to live in this unit). We put in a maintenance request one time and they responded immediately to rectify the issue. They have weekly house keeping come and clean the lobby and common spaces so our building is always clean. They provide a regular exterminator to keep it pest free and they change the air filters in all of the units for the tenants. The care and service here is top notch! This building has BEAUTIFUL common spaces. The club room is beautifully decorated and has activities for the tenants like billiards and shuffle board! It's also available for the tenants to rent for private parties. The roof deck is nestled in downtown and has incredible views and grills for the tenants to have cook outs. There's even a gym for tenants to access 24/7. They have indoor and outdoor parking available. The landlords went as far as to literally carve out an underground garage to provide ample parking for their tenants. Now that's going above and beyond! The history and architectural details are captivating. I love living places that have character and beauty and from the moment I stepped into the lobby at The Arco, I KNEW this was going to be my home. It has gorgeous marble details, original accents from the 1940's and so much history! If this is your thing.. this is your building! Not to mention it's perfectly priced for the area and all of the luxury amenities. We did an extensive search for an apartment and let me tell you, it was nearly impossible to find what we found here for the price we pay. I highly recommend checking it out!

Such a lovely place to live! Underground parking is such a flex in downtown. These apartments are such a great layout! Management is lovely and so are the tenants. Arco is full of character and in the perfect spot to walk to tons of restaurants and local shops! We love it.

Excellent location with modern, updated apartments in a stunning building. Lots of the old character preserved which gives it a homey feel. Friendly and responsive management. They’re very communicative and quick to address any questions or concerns you may have. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place!
