The 111 Lofts are excellent. My wife had to relocate to Tulsa for work, so we were referred to the 111 Lofts by a friend of ours whose son had lived there and loved it there. We previously had a condo in downtown Cleveland for the same purpose, but these apartments far exceeded that condo in every way imaginable. The management here (Nikki) is excellent and incredibly and immediately receptive to every request we have emailed to them over the last two years we have been there - including almost immediate contact with the maintenance department for any maintenance needs, of which there were very few. Nikki even went well out of her way AFTER we moved out to make sure our Wi-Fi hardware was returned to the provider almost a full month after we had vacated the unit, and in doing so, worked with me and the internet provider to get that equipment back to them for no charge to us - which was incredibly gracious of her to do. The location of the building is perfect, with many places to eat and drink easily within walking distance, an excellent restaurant/deli attached to the lower level - and with the Mayo hotel immediately next door, along with its rooftop bar and coffee shop, we could easily have morning (great coffee)or evening (beer, wine and spirits) drinks in hand within 5 minutes from our apartment door. The building itself is luxurious, clean and in great condition, with a gym in the lower level that has everything we ever needed for a weight and cardio workout. The hallways are quiet and the units are beautiful, comfortable, homey, and free of neighbor noise (in two years we heard not one bang, thump, stomp or voices through the roof or walls), and the tenants are all friendly and gracious. We cannot recommend the 111 Lofts enough and were sad to leave when my wife was recently relocated to Philadelphia for her job. If you are considering a place in downtown Tulsa, you would be lucky to land here, guaranteed. I know Google limits us to 5 stars, but even if it limited us to 100, I'd still rate it more!

We’ve lived at 111 Lofts for about 6 years and have really loved our experience. The building is beautiful, especially the large atrium, and the gym is spacious with great equipment. Management has been wonderful throughout our time here. They are always responsive, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues. They’ve been so great that we’re moving to another building managed by them. We would definitely recommend 111 Lofts.

I am going to cherish my 3.5 years at 111 Lofts for the rest of my life. The apartments, views, and atrium are gorgeous! The community is amazing and management has been so easy to work with! It is definitely worth your time to take a tour if you're looking for an apartment downtown Tulsa!

I recently moved out of 111 Lofts after living there for over a two years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. What truly set this place apart was the management team they were absolutely wonderful to work with. From day one, they were so sweet, warming, and welcoming, making the move-in process seamless and stress-free. The management was incredibly responsive and willing to take care of any issues that came up, though I have to say, problems were few and far between. When something did need attention, they handled it quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a management team that genuinely cares about their residents, but 111 Lofts has exactly that. The community itself was equally impressive. My neighbors were always friendly, considerate, and polite. There’s something special about living in a building where people genuinely respect each other and create a welcoming atmosphere. It really felt like a community rather than just a place to live. Having visited multiple apartment lobbies throughout downtown Tulsa, I can confidently say that 111 Lofts stands out. The lobby is beautifully maintained, modern, and always clean. It really gives you that upscale feeling the moment you walk in. The entire building has that same level of care and attention to detail. The location in downtown Tulsa is perfect, and the amenities are great, but honestly, it’s the people who run this place and live here that make it special. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like more than just a tenant and can enjoy a respectful community atmosphere, 111 Lofts is the way to go.

If I had this apartment in NYC, I'd be in heaven! Plenty of space, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, easy elevator access. And a safe location! Plus wonderful staff and security within reach. I'd stay here again, absolutely. Thank you Nikki!
