We “Flat Out” loved The Flats. Everything you need…spacious living areas, a sleek contemporary designs in a neutral palette, and a balcony with an amazing view up the city. Everyday, I felt so at home, while also feeling like I’m on an exciting vacation due to the extravagant design. Everyday was so effortless, laundry convenience within your living space, start a load while enjoying the soaking tub that awaits. The fitness center is just steps from your living space, no need to drive across town, it made consistency a breeze. Coffee, yes please… a barista station to greet you on your way out the door everyday. The flats truly spoiled us and we are so sad to leave. Hoping we are fortunate to magically find The Flats in Houston.

Coming from Los Angeles California, my wife and I were used to all the perks of big city living so when we decided to move to Tulsa, it was important for us to find a place with a small town vibe with big city amenities. Luckily we found that exact balance at The Flats on Archer! Both communal and private spaces are modern and spacious (with high ceilings). I really enjoy the Sky Lounge and Executive office as places to relax or focus. The layout for each floor was well planned with restrooms on all levels and even equipped with purified water fountains which is nice since we don’t need to buy a water purification system for drinking water. The gym is also better than other apartments and trust that we’ve checked out numerous places (like Noma and the View) and the gym at the Flats is better equipped because it has free weights, a bench with Olympic sized weights, and a punching bag! Saves us money on a gym membership. Finally, the real gem here is the staff. Hope is the Office Manager and she has been so kind, responsive, and accommodating. Can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have someone who really cares about your experience as a tenant. Also, big shoutout to Jerry, who is the lead maintenance person. Jerry’s workmanship and work ethics is outstanding. He never hesitated to quickly fix issues in our home regardless if it was something small like a ripped cord for the drapes or something more urgent like upgrading our electrical outlets. Leaving Cali was tough, but living here at the Flats has made the experience a rich and fulfilling adventure.

The Flats are great! The PM Carla is always very responsive and our maintenance guy Jerry is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive as well. The location is fantastic with lots of events, bars and restaurants to choose from. Love living here. Going on year two here with no complaints :).

CONS. Manager hours have been reduced so feels less service oriented like before. No more complimentary coffee. No Snacks. The venting machine has been broken for months. The gym: the bikes, one treadmill and row machine don’t work. A bit detached overall. PRO. Generally always clean. Feels safe. No loud parties but walls are thin. GM is kind when she is around. Rooftop is amazing views. Central location.

We have our salon under the flat apartments, if you’re a tenant, you’re get 15% off your service. Also, Jerry is awesome. He keeps the the surrounding clean and he’s out every day picking up trash, and blow the dirt away with his blower.
