Jana Zaatreh 2 weeks agoMy second review of this property now that I’ve moved out. This was the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Amenities: true luxury and available 24/7. The sky lounge has breathtaking views of the city, gorgeous interior design, terrace with fire pits, hosted FREE yoga classes regularly. The coworking space has enclosed offices, a gorgeous conference table, and open booths that forces you to be productive. Pool area is resort-like. Gym is gym-rat approved. All social seating places are well designed, beautiful and clean. Apartment: Very well-lit with beautiful long windows. The appliances are top-tier. I took pictures of their model numbers to purchase for my future home! Modern design with light wood flooring. Staff: maintenance was quick and efficient. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Community Engagement: well-organized events that are truly fun to attend and inclusive to all ages. Added some pics to show the incredible decorations they put together. Parking: garage parking available for free. Never had a hard time finding an available spot. I loved calling this place home for a year and highly recommend you do too!
Misty Tharp 3 months agoWe’re moving, and I am genuinely upset about it, which feels a little dramatic for an apartment… but here we are. After 20 years in the same home, transitioning to apartment living was not exactly seamless for our family, but we could not have picked a better place. Aubrey consistently went above and beyond for us, and I’m fairly certain we required more assistance than the average resident. She handled everything with patience and what I can only assume is professional level emotional support. The property is always incredibly clean and somehow always smells amazing, which feels like a luxury in itself. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and clearly invested in the people who live here. Some of our favorite things: The 4th floor: we used it constantly and met some of the best people there. The little free library upstairs, which is such a thoughtful touch + made me feel like I had my life together. The gym is fantastic even though we personally chose rooftop dinners over fitness. The Luxer package system is genius. Every package arrived perfectly & no “where did it go” spiral. The guest kiosk made letting in visitors or DoorDash incredibly easy and saved us from multiple “I’m outside” texts. Only once did a DoorDash driver tell me he’d been shot recently so could I meet him at the door. 🫨 The pool was always clean, well maintained, and never felt overcrowded. We were out there constantly and always found a place to sit. The grills and fire pits got a lot of use from us, and the doggie bag stations were actually convenient, not just decorative. AND very important: the dog treat bar during resident appreciation week!! Our dog fully believes this was installed specifically for him. We told him it was for his birthday and he was thrilled. He’s going to be devastated to move. The staff also does an amazing job with resident events. There is always something fun going on! Our apartment itself was perfect for us. I have to mention the paint colors because neutrals can go very wrong. These did not. No dull gray walls or weird undertones. Whoever chose that palette deserves a raise and possibly a formal thank you note. We only needed maintenance twice, and one of those times was completely our fault. Both times, the response was incredibly fast. I fully expected to be added to a mysterious waiting list and hear back in a week, but they handled it almost immediately. I know I’m forgetting things, but truly, we would absolutely live here again. We actually asked them to sell our unit to us the first month we lived here lol We are very sad to leave. Even the dog. Especially the dog.
Jana Zaatreh 9 months agoI love this place. The amenities are unmatched; resort-style pool, multiple outdoor kitchens, sky lounge with Tulsa skyline views, COWORKING SPACE WITH CLOSED OFFICES, fire pits with ample seating.. oh and the apartment has huge windows and great sound insulation (never hear any sounds from neighboring apartments, which is so rare). Admin is very friendly. Location is great just wish the area was more walkable.
Carsyn Grimes 7 months agoI first toured these apartments in April 2024, and right from the start the staff completely impressed me. By the time I moved in that June, my section of the community was still under construction, but I never once felt unsafe — the entire team made sure residents felt comfortable and taken care of from day one. What started as a small, growing community has now turned into an upscale, modern, and genuinely welcoming place to live. I love that they host parties and community events that actually make it easy to meet people and feel connected. Whenever something pops up around the complex, the staff jumps on it quickly and always keeps safety and communication at the forefront. Heather and Aubrie were the first faces I met — I believe they’re in management — and they set the tone right away with how warm, organized, and on top of things they are. When it comes to holidays, they really know how to throw a great event, and their email updates keep everything running smoothly. Maintenance has also been amazing. Any time I’ve needed help, Sean has shown up fast and handled it with ease. And I have to give major credit to the housekeeping team — the property, inside and out, is always spotless. Overall, I truly love living here. It’s the kind of place I wish I could pick up and take with me wherever I go. It’s safe, stylish, community-minded, and in a prime up-and-coming location that’s perfect for young adults. Absolutely a 10/10 experience — you won’t be disappointed.
Barbara Smith 8 months agoI’m so glad to have found the NOMA when I’m moved to Tulsa recently for a new position. Great space and location - plus they hold fun social events! Sean in maintenance is dedicated to addressing any issues. Diamond, Aubrey and Heather are also fantastic on the office side. Very happy here in NOMA!
