I had a wonderful experience working with the property manager Destiny. She was patient, professional, and very courteous throughout the entire process. She even took the time to come upstairs with me to make sure everything in the apartment was just right, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself is bright, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. Moving across the country can be stressful, but she truly made the experience smooth and welcoming

The Kindness and Customer Service I received from Destiny has been so amazing words can’t even describe it! I was new to this area and was looking for a nice place downtown Tulsa! I had my eye on this apartment complex for a while! I finally called and asked for a tour, and not only did Destiny Go above and beyond to explain to me all the different kinds of layouts and floor plans, but she went the extra mile during our tour to take me to multiple different levels and even told me about some of the amazing events and stuff they do downtown! Not only did everything go so smoothly, but after I fell in love with my complex and signed my lease, Destiny took the extra mile to make sure my unit was in amazing condition because when I received my keys and walked inside my unit for the first time, Everything was so clean and spotless, it looks like the place was mopped bcuz it looked brand new! Destiny even waited a few minutes late for me to pick up my keys and walked me up to my unit just to make sure I loved it and if there was anything else I needed! The unit is amazing but what really sold me was the amazing customer service Mrs Destiny treated me with! I am 100% going to renew my lease! Thanks for the amazing experience, and I cannot wait for the many more years with this complex

I was met by the apartment manager who, welcomed me with smiles and a personality to go with it. She was very helpful and able to answer all my questions on the spot. The building is clean, well kept and well lit for safety. Glad I made the decision to choose The Meridia Apartments as my home. I would highly recommend, scheduling a tour and seeing what they have to offer.

I recently visited this location for a tour of the building in search for an apartment. Destiny greeted me with a smile bubbly demeanor. She was so helpful with my search and took me to some open 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. She mentioned there were some upgrades to the facility with was very noticeable. The lighting was amazing. It's clearly visible down the hallways. The floors were so clean and the air smelled very good. It was noticed that air fresheners were in place which gave it a very home like feeling. The second floor which housed the gym and club house were very clean as well. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries for use and it seemed very taken care of. The building in general was very well kept. I HIGHLY recommend this business and definitely will be considering a rental.

Property manager Destiny is amazing, she’s always more than willing to help with any needs, and her response time is impressively fast. The apartment community has really improved lately with fresh paint, new lighting, and other updates that make it look great. Destiny has also started organizing events, which make this a wonderful place to live.
