The whole team has been fantastic. Just moved across the country and it’s always scary going to a new place. The leasing team did an amazing job and has been so helpful even after the move and Joel in maintenance is one of the nicest most sincere people I’ve met who went above and beyond and is a true asset. Cassidy and Brenda in the office have been doing the work behind the scenes and are all so nice. Amazing location. Great area. Clean and safe community and looking forward to the next year here!

I’ve been a long-term resident at the Enclave on Brookside and have really enjoyed living here. The staff is consistently helpful, and in particular I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with Joel Miller. He’s always friendly, easy to talk to, and brings a good energy to the community. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and the staff plays a big part in that.

We didn't end up leasing here, but it was our top second choice all things considered. It has really nice amenities and everything was very clean. Cassidy was awesome and showed us a number of unit options. Thank you Cassidy for your very friendly and professional manner!

Just renewed my lease for the 12th time at The Enclave at Brookside. I’m one of the original tenants and I love living here! The neighborhood has everything I need! And Charles is AMAZING! He’s new to the property but he’s been in the business for 25 years and knows a lot about customer service and how to make you feel special! If you’re looking for a unique and classy place that’s also safe to call home …. choose The Enclave at Brookside!

I have been living here for almost 3 years now and it has always been pleasant. What has pushed me to write a review now is that I was moving a large number of cardboard boxes to the dumpster for recycling and I was struggling. Without prompting, Joel Miller an employee of Weidner came up to me and helped me which was a much appreciated. He didn't ask for anything in return but I knew that a review could potentially help him. Thank you!
