This is an excellent location that is clean and feels secure after hours. Carolyn and Kathy are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Carolyn is always pleasant to talk to. During our move, she was very accommodating and made sure the truck was prepared for us. We truly appreciate these ladies for their warm reception, kind attitude, great humor, and adaptability. Thank you so much!

Kayleigh was a joy to work with. Professional, attentive and accommodating. The property is gorgeous and the community seemed to have a really nice and friendly vibe. Looking forward to calling this place home!

Bugs. Bugs everywhere. This apartment would've been so nice. The maintenance staff was quick and friendly, same for the office staff. No complaints about the amenities. But I couldn't enjoy any of that because I was exhausted by the infestation. Killing bugs was basically a part-time job. We set traps, sprayed constantly, packaged everything in plastic/glass, set up multiple dehumidifiers, everything we could think of. That didn't stop the endless stream of silverfish, earwigs, spiders, and other bugs that were constantly plaguing us. The silverfish were the absolute worst. They were in our bathroom, pantry, living room, kitchen, closet, hiding in the picture frames on our walls, EVERYWHERE. One time a silverfish fell off the ceiling and into my bed, another one fell onto my PLATE. Management was aware and had the pest guy spray constantly, but it made no difference. At one point the front desk person told me, "It's just the land we're built on." The property used to be wetlands, so if you move in here, prepare to spend every day killing swamp bugs.
