I cannot say enough good things about this community! From day one, the management team has been incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly cared for, but that’s exactly the experience here. One of my favorite things is the events they host, they really go out of their way to nurture a sense of community and make living here enjoyable. It never feels like “just an apartment complex,” it feels like a place where residents matter. If you have pets, this is hands down the most pet-friendly apartment in Tulsa. They don’t just allow pets, they LOVE them, and it shows in the way they interact with residents and their furry family members. The community itself is quiet, clean, and very well maintained. I’ve also never had a single negative interaction with anyone in management, which says a lot. Special shoutout to Madison K and Brittney!! They are truly amazing. Whether I had questions, needed help with something, or ran into an issue, they were always kind, proactive, and kept me updated every step of the way. They don’t just do their jobs, they go above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. I’ve lived in another apartment managed by the same company, and the difference in resident experience is honestly night and day. This place stands out in every way. I absolutely love living here, and a huge part of that is thanks to Madison K and Brittney. They understand that while this is their job, for us, it’s home, and you can truly feel that in everything they do.

Moved into 71 apartments in September and have had a great experience. The community feels very safe is in a great location. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and super helpful whenever something comes up. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger issue, they get it done fast. No complaints!

Moved in in July and had some trouble with our ac. Maintenance came every day for about 5 days until it was finally fixed. However our electric bill ended up being outrageous and when we reached out to administration they gave us a gift card covering the cost of our entire bill. Happy to say we were very pleased with the outcome and overall experience we’ve had thus far.

I’ve really enjoyed living at 71 at Tulsa Hills! The community feels safe and well-kept, and the staff are always super friendly and quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The only thing I will say is they increase the rent quite a bit every year. Expect a $250 lease renewal increase

We have felt very good living in this complex, it is safe and the neighbors are very nice. There are constant activities for the whole neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool all summer, however, some repairs need to be made, such as the water jets. We would like the clubhouse to have a little more variety than just popcorn and lemonade. We feel comfortable living here!
