I absolutely love living at 111 Greenwood! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and addresses requests quickly and professionally, which makes a huge difference. The office staff is outstanding friendly, attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and heard. Their customer service is one of the many reasons I’ve enjoyed my experience here. The location is unbeatable if you want to live downtown. You’re close to everything, and the convenience is hard to match. On top of that, 111 Greenwood offers some of the best value in downtown living. I definitely plan to stay here while living downtown and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home!

Great space in a great location. Other reviews mention an unrestricted parking lot. That has been addressed. There is a gate that requires fob access. The building is nice. The apartments have quality finishes.

Have enjoyed my 2+ year stay at 111 Greenwood. The current property manager Miranda is responsive to maintenance requests, and Horacio makes great repairs. If you need to install furniture that would require drilling into the wall, he can help with that as well. A gate arm was installed for the parking lot out front a few months ago. Every weekend, visitors to downtown would park in our spots if we came back home later at night on weekends, which raised the price for parking spots. I purchased a 2 piece set of 108”x108” curtains from Wayfair, and they fit great. The actual length of the curtains measure more like 105-106”, and they don’t puddle on the floor. I’d recommend not having anyone visiting park on E 2nd, close to the corner of E 2nd/Greenwood (facing the Edge Apartments), as I personally heard and saw several car accidents at that intersection. One of which hit a parked car on E 2nd after the initial collision. There’s easy access to I-244, so it’s quick to reach any eastbound destinations like the Walmart Supercenter on Memorial/Admiral. It’s easiest to drive back home on I-244 since the apartment is close to the exit ramp; one traffic light to turn left on Greenwood. The fastest route from US-64 (BA Expressway) or Midtown in general is by taking Detroit toward 2nd (synchronized traffic lights on Detroit), and turning right on 3rd. Turning right on 2nd, you tend to wait at the intersection Dilly Diner is on. It’s a normal occurrence to hear the train in the background on any given day or even at night occasionally, but I didn’t find it disruptive.

These were the best apartments to live in. The management was always very responsive. The maintenance man Horacio and his wife who took care of the cleaning are the nicest people. Location is awesome. So much in walking distance. My fiancee and I would take nightly walks all over downtown. The area is very safe, never had any issues. If you are looking for a place downtown you have to check this place out. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. My only recommendation is that they take the available commercial space downtown that never leased and turn it into a common place with kitchen and seating so the residents could book. That would put this place over the top. The building is small, newer and super clean. We felt like we lived in a boutique hotel the whole time.

I very very rarely leave reviews but I’m honestly compelled to leave this one. I’ve lived in 111 since Dec of 2024. I have literally NO complaints (which is insane in the best way). The building is beautiful and safe. Maintenance is very quick to respond (like same day or the next day at the latest). I can hear my neighbors but it’s nothing crazy. The leasing staff are beautiful people who truly CARE about their residents. It’s been refreshing to live in a community as such. I relocated to Tulsa from a big city & beautiful complex that was all aesthetic and no substance (insane neighbors, rude leasing staff, etc). I’m thankful for 111 and recommend it to all I can.
