Holly has been absolutely phenomenal as our property manager. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. She gave us a detailed virtual tour of the building, explained everything clearly, and made the entire leasing and move-in process completely stress-free. Moving in was a breeze thanks to her organization and support. Any maintenance requests we’ve submitted have also been handled right away, which really shows how much she cares about residents and the property. The apartment itself is amazing as well. It has a beautiful modern industrial charm with high ceilings that we absolutely love. The overall atmosphere and design of the building really stand out and make it feel unique and welcoming. Holly goes above and beyond, and we truly appreciate everything she does. Highly recommend!

Holly and Charlie are a great team. Both of them are personable and easy to talk with. Holly made the whole process of looking to applying to signing a lease super easy and chill. Charlie was great with helping me with the fitting of my SUV in the indoor parking. I’m truly excited to move in, be closer to work, a lot of the places I shop at, and also the apt definitely fits my aesthetic taste. Thank you Holly & Charlie for it being such a great move in experience!

After 6 months of living here I can definitively say this is one of the best apartments in downtown Columbus. Holly the leasing agent is always making herself available with any and all questions or concerns I may have, the amenities are really nice the views in my apartment of the downtown skyline or breath taking to wake up to every morning and there's strong wifi throughout the building making wfh SO easy and my dogs are also very at home here too.

I lived in this building for around five years after college. What I loved about the building was the warehouse style of architecture on the first five floors, it is a repurposed industrial building of some kind. The huge windows and exposed piping add a lot of character. The downside is that some of the units on the third floor overlooking the ballet do not have windows that open, which is unfortunate. There were many issues with the automated garage system but it seemed like they were close to a resolution when I left. During my time there the utility prices went through the city of Columbus, which has some of the most affordable electricity prices in the city so that is a definite plus. As for the management, the Coastal Ridge company that took over in the last year or so has been excellent. Holly in particular was an outstanding property manager, always helpful and friendly. Charlie is worth a shout out as well as the lead of maintenance, he was always accessible and quick to help.

Holly is really sweet and professional. I fell in love with the view on grant. It has a beautiful rooftop, 24 hour gym and the parking garage is so cool.
