I’ve had an amazing experience living at this community! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. Noelle is a wonderful property manager—she is professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. The communication here is outstanding; any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. From the clean amenities to the friendly staff, this community sets the standard for great apartment living. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free, well-managed, and enjoyable home!

Harrison Park Apartments are well located. It is a very modern design apartment, with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and close proximity to downtown, Short North, OSU, and bike trails. Noelle, the apartments manager and her staff are very nice and responsive. They take pride in their jobs, they address any concern, especially maintenance, immediately. Noelle and the maintenance guy even gave us their own fabs to me when we found the fobs not working properly. The gym is our favorite part to live here. Harrison Park Apartments has been a great experience for us and we would recommend them to anyone who are looking for affordable and modern apartments.

I’ve had such a great experience at Harrison Park Apartments! The community is beautiful, well-kept, and genuinely feels like home. Noelle, the property manager, is absolutely fantastic. She is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something, she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and kindly. It’s rare to find a manager who is this dedicated and personable, and Noelle makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with respect and actually enjoy where you live, Harrison Park is the place to be! Highly recommend!

I just moved in and have had great experiences with the staff! Noelle is so kind and extremely helpful and answers all my questions. Mamush is also great as we had some problems with our fridge and he always came to help asap. Overall I am really enjoying living here!!

Quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance of Short North. Conveniently located on the bike trails and all the amenities are maintained well. The office staff are responsive and welcoming. The cost of rent seems a little high compared to similar properties in the area but overall it is a nice place. The only thing I have been disappointed in is the poor energy efficiency, my last apartment (similar in size) was less than $100 monthly for utilities whereas Harrison Park has been over $250 monthly.
