I have truly loved living at the Arbor for the past three years and would highly recommend without hesitation. Management has been nothing but kind and friendly for every request or interaction I have had with them over the years. My townhome itself felt high quality, safe, and homey. Having access to the Fitness Loft is another perk with incredible value. I will be genuinely sad to leave!

We loved our time at the arbor! The office, cleaning and maintenance staff were always quick to help out and incredibly nice to us and our pup. They were always quick to notify the tenants of any maintenance around the building and quick to complete those projects.

To say this place is a great place to live would be an understatement. From day 1, the front office took care of us and made us feel welcomed. The place turned in to our home, and we’ve enjoyed every minute there. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing place to live!

The Arbor!!! A love story. I lived at The Arbor for ~7 years, and when I left a few weeks ago, I honestly cried about leaving! The office staff is cool and consistently available, the maintenance guy is efficient and kind, and building security roams the complex in the evenings to secure the premise through morning. The amenities and local walkability are what make the cost of living worth it. The pool stays open as late into the season as possible, the community room is HUGE and held multiple friend/work parties over the years for a cheap rental cost, $35 gym membership at Fitness Loft, underground parking options, secure mail room, they have a "come to your door" trash service that's really convenient despite being somewhat inconsistent if you live at the very end of a long hallway, they hold a few cute social events for the complex each year, lots of friendly neighbors in a quiet community. I loved living so close to German Village with all the things they have going on, and felt pretty safe walking home late at night from my job across the street. They care about the quality of living they provide, and are very fast in taking care of maintenance needs. You can tell they really care, sometimes annoyingly so, and it's what made living there so easy. My cons list is brief and parking related. If you don't buy underground parking, it can sometimes be difficult to find a spot in their surface lots. There is street parking on Jackson Street, but to park there longer than a few hours, you need a permit that only house-owners on the street are able to purchase. SO- you have to either accept a ticket or move your car (by ~1pm when the Columbus parking crew comes by) to avoid a ticket. Which is FINE, but annoying as hell. Columbus city will take photos of your car to prove what time they saw your car there which felt savage. This isn't Arbor's fault and I decided to just pay for underground parking instead (and it was great in the end), just another cost. Overall, 1000% would move back to the Arbor and would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. Thanks Paloma for the good years, appreciate all of you!!

The Arbor is a great place to live. My dog and I spent three years living there and absolutely loved it. All maintenance items were dealt with promptly, the management team was welcoming, and the neighbors were friendly. The rent increases were modest and comparatively below market. For the various apartment complexes that are marketed as "luxury" in Columbus, this is the best value. The amenity package is amazing.
