Love highpoint!!! Ive been here for years and just needed some help with updates and Ikram listened and helped me fix the repairs ASAP! I really like living in a community where the people care. Tammy ray and Daniel are also great parts to the team and I am so thankful for the experience.

I toured with Ikram and had a really good experience. She was easy to talk to and didn’t make the tour feel forced or overly salesy, which I appreciated. My move-out date is still a bit further out, but she still took the time to walk me through options and answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. She asked what I was looking for and actually kept that in mind while showing me around. Overall, it felt very straightforward and comfortable, and she definitely left a good impression.

Had a great experience touring this property! The space was beautiful, well-maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. The team was friendly and helpful throughout the tour, answering all my questions and making the process feel easy. I can definitely see myself calling this my future home!

We just moved in at the beginning of May and so far everything has been amazing. Staff is responsive little noise from neighbors. My only complaint is there isn’t a room for big trash items. Some apartments have a large trash room I just wish we had that.

My roommate and I got bed bugs from the hallway of Highpoint. The leasing office manager was absolutely terrible at communicating with us. She ignored our phone calls and was not communicating to us when people were coming to spray our apartment. The first time they were supposed to come and spray, they never came and the front office didn’t communicate that to us. (We have a cat that needed to be taken someplace else each time they came.) My roommate and I have been less than pleased with the staff in the front office. We even tried to contact corporate multiple times to help, and they never got back to us either.
