Highly recommend! I've lived at The Pierce for 3 years now, going on 4. When I inquired about moving from out of state in 2021, Sasha was very accommodating and kind; she sent me pictures and videos of the units before I made any decisions. Safe to say I made the right decision! The units are spacious, the balconies are huge, the common areas are clean, the amenities are well maintained, the location is perfect, the garage and building are very safe, and the staff is wonderful. Recently, Robb has been super helpful, friendly, and fast to reply to all inquiries. He's always on site and very communicative to us residents. I am happy to call The Pierce home!

I moved in just 2 months ago, and I’m so happy to call this home. Robb, the building manager, was very responsive, and he was a great deal of help to me when I moved in. He’s one of the main reasons I decided to rent here. The building is well kept and centrally located. The two bedroom apartment layout is very spacious and bright with a very nice balcony. I highly recommend living here. I also want to give a shout out to Wes, who is a very knowledgeable and thorough maintenance guy.

I recently moved to The Pierce from Alabama, and I cannot express how amazing my experience has been! During my apartment search, I toured over 20 properties in Columbus, and The Pierce immediately stood out. From the moment you walk in, the décor and aesthetics are stunning, and the entire building smells fresh and inviting — a detail that hasn’t changed since I moved in. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with a layout that feels super spacious, even with a 1 bedroom! The attention to maintenance and cleanliness throughout the building is impeccable. The location is perfect — close enough to enjoy all the fun Columbus has to offer, yet quiet enough to provide peace after a long day. A huge shoutout to Robb, the building manager, who has been incredible. He’s always available, responsive to emails, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and supported. His attentiveness truly elevates the living experience. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment in a safe, vibrant, and well-maintained part of downtown Columbus, I highly recommend The Pierce. It’s everything you’d want and more!

I lived at The Pierce for two years (2021-2023) and loved my time there! The management and staff were always nice and helpful and very responsive. They even gave my dog treats anytime we would come into the office, which he absolutely loved!!! I didn’t have many issues with my unit, but anytime I made a maintenance request, it was always completed timely. The Pierce isn’t a big apartment, which I enjoyed, so most times it’s nice and quiet. I loved the big windows in my unit, updated appliances/modern look, and the personal covered balcony. If you’re looking for a downtown apartment, you should definitely check out The Pierce.

I was among the first residents to move in to the Pierce and it made moving to a new city & state during a pandemic an absolute dream! The apartments are modern, spacious, well-priced, and at just the right location downtown to explore Columbus. Sasha, the property manager, is personable, accommodating, and always ensuring if there’s anything she can do to help. I highly recommend the Pierce to anyone I know!
