Really great views, love the mints in the lobby. Very reasonably priced units for the space you get. Exercise room is totally chill and uncrowded. Quiet and centrally located. Leyila is always at the front desk sharing her kindness and positivity with everyone who passes by, she rocks and is always ready to lend a helping hand. Always happy to come back here!

My partner and I have loved living at the Julian (~9 months). The units are very spacious (E loft), the appliances have been very reliable, and the amenities such as the gym and rooftop have been clean, functional, and safe. Pros: - Quality: The quality of our unit is fantastic. The natural light is amazing during the winter and really helps elevate the vibe and feel. The appliances have yet to fail us. - Staff: The staff have been very communicative about building events, safety alerts, building maintenance issues, etc. The maintenance team (Stephen) has also been extremely effective and expeditious when it comes to fixing small/large issues. - Amenities: The gym is a bit bare, but all the existing equipment is high quality and functional for a great workout. The rooftop is also great. For example, the apartment has hosted a 4th of July party in the past, which brought residents together with complementary food, drink, and music. - Location: The apartment's location is absolutely ideal. - Recreation: The Scioto trail is 2 blocks away, making it convenient for walkers, cyclists, or runners. The trail also connects to the Olentangy trail and the camp chase trail. There is a lawn across the street which is commonly used by dog owners. - Local events: The Bicentennial Park and Columbus Commons are extremely close, making it very convenient if you enjoy attending local events. - Retail: The Kroger on Front St is a 5-minute drive, which often comes in handy. There are also several restaurants nearby for quick bites. Cons: - Safety: due to this being located downtown, crime and unfavorable behavior should be expected. in the fall of 2025, my car was broken into when parked on the back lot. Despite this, the team does a good job responding to various security incidents and keeps residents in the loop whenever something happens. - Prices: Due to the high quality of living, the rent reflects that. Water is a flat rate included in rent, and residents are required to pay for electricity and internet outside of normal rent prices. Overall, I've greatly enjoyed living at this apartment complex and would recommend it to anyone looking to live downtown.

It's great to live here! Basically zero complaints. Would highly recommend it to anyone. The only hiccup is visitor parking. There is not any. This is typical for a downtown apartment complex but for the price, I expected there to be a couple designated spots. There are enough open spots in the front lot to label them visitor but they don't. [Edit] after I posted this they sent out an email reemphasizing that those without passes will be towed in the spots :(

Stunning apartments, and fabulous staff. I toured with Leyila, and she sold me! She was very knowledgeable about the history of the building (as well as Columbus), and what it is like to live at the Julian as well as downtown. She followed up with me right after the tour, and has answered all of my (repeat)questions. Highly recommend!

Toured this place and Leyila was amazing!! She went above and beyond in finding the right fit for my preferences and even prepared recs of nearby places based on hobbies I’d mentioned! I can tell she really cares about the residents and quality of living here ~
