Don't let that rooftop view fool you, my apartment flooded first month moving in just to find out my apartment did not have insulation I pay $130/ month for my car to get broken into twice, my shower was leaking water, the walls are basically hollow. I hear my neighbor singing every day as well as my upstairs neighbor walking. I do not think this building was built with high quality material. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone.

Highly recommend Maintenance Man! I live in a high-rise apartment and when my air conditioner went out, they were quick to help. Since the compressor needed replaced, they provided a portable AC unit as a temporary solution so I wasn’t left without air. Great communication, awesome customer service, and Rafael Rodriguez was professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. Very happy with the experience!

I’m writing this review after living here for about three months, and this is easily one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. The management team is great, and the location is perfect if you love the skyline and being close to downtown. There are fun events every month, and the apartment also hosts its own monthly events. The lobby is beautiful, with fresh flowers placed daily, and I think everyone would agree on that. The rooftop is amazing, offering great skyline views, a private dining room, areas for gatherings, a nice pool, and more. The hallways and public areas are always clean and smell great. The parking garage is safe, clean, and connected to the apartment by a private bridge. The elevators are fast, so you don’t have to wait long even in this 12-story building. The balconies are another nice feature, and there’s a private area for grilling and pets. The gym is excellent, with snacks and towels provided daily. The package room and bike room are secure and have worked perfectly so far. The only thing worth mentioning, though it’s not a big deal, is the noise isolation and acoustics, which aren’t related to the management or maintenance team. It’s more about the building structure, and it could be improved. That said, the neighbors are generally considerate and don’t make much noise. The maintenance team, especially Paul, is fantastic. When the fridge stopped working, they replaced it in less than 10 minutes. They’ve been quick to fix other issues like leaks and repainting doors. The management team—Marica, Robert, Jordan, and Gabby—is very responsible and helpful. While some things might differ from unit to unit, my overall experience has been great, and I’m happy to live here.

I can’t say enough good things about the apartment maintenance team, led by Rafael. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and efficiently, and the quality of their work has been consistently excellent. They are true professionals who clearly take pride in what they do, while also being friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. It’s reassuring to know that when something needs attention, Rafael and his team will get it fixed right and in a timely manner. They’ve made living here an even better experience. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their hard work!

I want to recognize Olivia in the leasing office for being extremely helpful and professional during my move-in process. She’s been responsive, patient, and made sure everything stayed on track, which really helped take the stress out of moving. Anytime I needed information or had a question, she was quick to help and very clear with communication. It’s obvious she cares about making the experience smooth for residents and actually follows through. If you’re considering moving here, having someone like Olivia assisting you makes a big difference. Definitely appreciate her support and help.
