Multiple car break-ins during my short time here as I ended up breaking my lease early. I was in the back near the train tracks, which was a nightmare. The train screeches and shakes your unit multiple times throughout the day and early hours in the morning. Additionally, I would see homeless encampments periodically in the field directly behind the community. The units feel old already with dated appliances and fixtures which is not reflected in the astronomically high price they charge. The price does not match the quality. Management's response to the constant break-ins were frustrating as no real steps toward increased safety are taken. If they are, it is temporary and lasted for about a week. They hired a security guard when I was still there who just sat in their car on the top floor of the parking garage most of the night, which was pointless. Overall, I unfortunately could never recommend this community nor Jeffrey Park to friends and family.

Decent place to live but the parking situation is very unsafe. My car was stolen on Christmas night, and several other vehicles were broken into. I tried contacting management the next day multiple times but received no response. Better security and a more responsive management team could really improve things.

Safe, walkable area. Decent, modern amenities and friendly staff. Plenty of street parking and a garage makes it easy to have friends over. Most people keep to themselves and I’ve had minimal issues with neighbors in the few years I’ve lived here.

Great place to live, great location. Great communication with the maintenance and leasing agency. Resigned my lease and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

I like the place where we live:-)Italian Village as location for your living is the best choice. Apartments are really good and comfortable, the community center and pools and other amenities - are above expectations.
