I’ve had an awesome experience living at High & Cherry. The location is honestly the best part, super walkable and close to everything downtown, which makes daily life really easy. The building is clean and modern, and the common spaces are nice and well-maintained. Parking is also really convenient, which makes a HUGE difference living in this area. Management and maintenance have been responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live in a great area, and I’d definitely recommend it!

management is what makes this place stand out. They are always there when you need them. Attached is a picture of the closet organizer they installed. Nice place, safe and secure building. Nice patio setup including a sauna.

The Apartment is located in a great place. It is elegant, clean and comfortable place to live in. Easy access to transport, best restaurants and activities. The team managing the Apartment is easy to work with and empathetic.

I’ve had a great experience living at High and Cherry. The building is well maintained, and the location is convenient for getting around since I don’t have a car and love to walk to places! My apartment gets amazing natural light & I love the new closets. The leasing team have always been friendly and professional whenever I’ve had questions. Maintenance requests are handled quickly.

So far, so great! My experience has been better than good. I've been working with Emma and she has made the process seemless. The customer service she provides is outstanding! Great response time, always answers my questions thoroughly, and she provided a wonderful tour experience. The floorplans are gorgeous. I'm just waiting to move in. I'm excited about living just steps away from the fitness center (free membership is a benefit), restaurants and coffee shops, close to German Village, COSI, the museum, Bicentennial park, everything! I love walking along the river. Anyway, I'll come back and update this review after I've lived here for six months or so. Stay tuned :) UPDATE: Well, it's been six months since I moved in and I love my home even more! My apartment is so comfortable, my neighbors are polite, and I already know I'm going to renew my lease when the time comes. The best part is I've had no serious maintenance issues! Everything works!!! I have family that lives in other buildings downtown and they always have some kind of maintenance problem. Not here. That alone is worth renewing my lease. That just goes to show you how well managed the building is. Abi is phenomenal! She always looks out for my best interests. Seriously. She does stuff she really doesn’t have to do. But she really cares about the residents so she goes out of her way to help. I absolutely recommend living here and I still give High & Cherry 5 stars!! UPDATE: I’m sharing pics of my apartment view. I get to see the most gorgeous sunsets. These pics are not edited.
