Flats on Vine

I've been living here about 5 months now & I love my apartment! I lived in another apartment in the area that was supposedly a luxury downtown high rise with the granite counter tops and wood flooring, but that's where the luxury stopped. The customer service was horrible & I'd much rather live in a place like Flats on Vine, where customer service is excellent! From day 1, Sarah has been so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and honest! Everyone in the office has been, but I deal mostly with Sarah. She's amazing! My apartment overlooks the courtyard with a relaxing and bright view out the large floor to ceiling windows, which I love. My little dog loves laying there and looking out. The kitchen has everything I need with surprisingly more cabinet space than I imagined. I rarely hear anything from neighbors. So I think the walls and insulation must be pretty thick. I don't even hear activity from the train tracks close by, unless my windows are open and even then it's very light noise, doesn't bother me at all. The maintenance team was prompt and courteous when I first moved in and needed a few things fixed. Have not needed them since. There are always enough parking spots in the covered attached garage. Location is great for walking during the day, eating out, and going to events at the arena. There are a few neighbors who may not realize that no one wants to look at their messy balcony or trash, but there are only a few, and that's no fault of the complex.(the staff does their part to address those issues) I am happy living here and appreciate the staff for making it a pleasant experience.

I've lived at this apartment complex for 3 years now, and I absolutely love it! One of my favorite things is the location. It is within walking distance to everything I need, but still tucked away enough that we don't get all the late-night noise. It's the perfect balance of convenience and peace and quiet. The office staff is amazing! All so friendly and welcoming, and they really make the place feel like home. The maintenance team is also fantastic. They’re incredibly fast, and nice to talk to in the hallways! Also, the underground parking garage is such a nice bonus (especially during the winter months). As far as the actual unit, the floor to ceiling windows are very nice. My apartment faces west, so during the summer we don’t need any lights until the sun sets. There’s tons of cabinet space in the kitchen, we even have some empty ones. I love that the bathrooms have 2 sinks, it makes much more counter space! Overall, I couldn’t be happier living here!

Super great apartment and fantastic price for the size of the apartment along with amenities. The Flats on Vine location in the Arena District is great for having a reserved parking spot when it can get busy and it's an easy walk to anything in the Arena District, Short North, or even hiking/running trails along the Scioto. All the leasing office and maintenance staff are incredible all the time with coordinating packages, helping with dog walking, and always being available for quick maintenance request turnarounds and they all recognize me, my dog, and my dog walkers by name! Couldn't have asked for a better place to rent an apartment in Columbus!

My husband and I moved to Flats on Vine from out of state and have to say it’s been an amazing experience. What initially seemed like a difficult long distance move was made into a such a smooth and non-stressful process thanks to the hard working people at Flats on Vine who helped us along the way. After being here for over a year we can definitely say it’s the best decision we’ve ever made when it came to choosing where to live. The office staff are so kind, the maintenance staff are super friendly, and everyone is very caring. Being close to so many local businesses, local parks, local events, the arena, and the interstate is also a great perk. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! ❤️

We recently transferred units at Flats on Vine, and the process couldn’t have been smoother, thanks to Sarah and the leasing team. Sarah was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and that we felt comfortable in our new home. The entire office staff has been great, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. If you’re looking for a place with a dedicated team that prioritizes service, Flats on Vine is a great choice!
