The maintenance team at Aston Place has been excellent. Requests are easy to submit, they respond quickly, assign someone fast, and the staff arrives in a timely manner. Compared to many apartment complexes in Columbus, it is reassuring to live somewhere that seems to actively care about keeping the property well maintained. I really appreciate the effort they put into taking care of the building and responding to residents. 👍

Absolutely love Aston Place! I truly cannot recommend this community enough. The staff is amazing, and Brad is hands down the best maintenance person ever. We had an issue in our unit on a Friday night, and he showed up within 30 minutes to help us. That level of care and responsiveness is incredible. Wonderful place to live and even better employees!

My experience here has been great so far. Ren and Sasha made the leasing and moving-in process smooth with their attention to detail and their overall friendliness. The apartment complex itself is well situated — offering quietude while providing access to the lively Short North. The pluses include well-designed units, a gym, off-street parking, and an outdoor lounging area. I am happy with my choice.

Aston Place is a beautiful complex with an incredible team. Our experience with Aston Place has always been positive, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The environment is welcoming, professional, and friendly!

Situated in short north while being out of major cross traffic is a major plus and offers off street parking. Although base rent prices are slighly steep even for the area and amenities. My leasing agent, Ren, was helpful, patient, and personable when fitting me with a unit. She asked good questions to find what I was looking for and meritoriously followed up.
