Been living here for a little over a year and have really enjoyed my experience. Management and maintenance are both very responsive. Love both the location and the amenities. If you can get a unit at a good price point, would strongly recommend!

Prior to moving to 80 on The Commons last August, I toured countless other properties in this area. The apartments are beautiful and well crafted. The location is stellar and close to so many attractions . The office staff and maintenance team have thus far been responsive, helpful, and professional. The building is cleaned frequently, and I love the safety measures in place to prevent others from roaming around the building and floors they don't reside on. They've updated the community room and it is beautiful and functional for an alternative place to work remote or relax. My only complaint so far has been the cost of my electric bill during these winter months but that's a story for NEC and not the property. It's a very solid choice if you are looking to move in the Columbus downtown area!

Incredible experience! This is my new go-to place to stay...not just in Columbus, but also across the country. The helpful text updates with an easy to navigate website allowed us to easily get our keys, find our room and get checked in. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. And the workout facilities were so good.

Save yourself and don’t move in here. I've lived in this apartment for less than 2 months, and my experience has been nothing short of terrible. The biggest problem is safety. The building uses a public garage where anyone can wander around, and I've had unsettling experiences—being followed and receiving disturbing notes with details like my license plate information. There have been multiple instances of people knocking on my door uninvited. When I approached the property manager about my concerns, they simply said there was nothing they could do. Due to these unresolved issues, I've been forced to break my lease and pay an extra 2 months of rent as a penalty. It’s a complete joke, and I advise anyone considering this apartment to be extremely cautious and thoroughly inspect the area, especially around that garage. Proceed with extreme caution.

Coastal Ridge is not a good management company. The maintenance department takes days to get issues resolved.
