We moved to The Row about 3 weeks ago and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. The property and amenities are very well-kept and clean - which is something that is extremely important to us, and is what stood out and ultimately swayed our decision in moving here. We love that we are still close to downtown, but at the same time away from the downtown noise. Lastly, the staff at The Row are amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, taken care of, and at home - and I mean all staff - from the maintenance team to the leasing agents (special shout out to Mary Peyton for being so incredible to us)!

Five months ago, I moved from Cary NC to a newly constructed residential development in downtown Raleigh. The Row Apartments, located at 1021 S. Saunders St., Raleigh, NC and is conveniently positioned across from Dorothea Dix Park and in walking distance of the Red Hat amphitheater and Fayetteville Street. The Row is a mid-rise apartment complex with 335 units, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as townhomes. It features modern, high-end finishes and a robust amenities program and features modern, high-end finishes and a robust amenities program. The amenities include work-from-home spaces, a large pool and sundeck, a rooftop lounge, and a terrace with a great view of downtown Raleigh and Dorothea Dix Park. It is a pet-friendly community with upscale features like enhanced sidewalks and bike storage. The exterior features light masonry, corrugated metal accents, and large-scale murals, reflecting the area’s industrial roots and artistic spirit. The property managers and leasing specialists do a great job providing a friendly atmosphere, dealing with issues, and welcome suggestions for improvements. Everyone on the staff knows my name, including the staff members who provide maintenance services. The Row Management also provides several free get to know your neighbor events each month. The Row Apartments truly deserves the five-star ratings I have given it

The staff at “The Row” deserves all the credit for the atmosphere here. Without their warmth and intelligence, I wouldn’t have chosen this location. It’s striking that for such a large housing development, they don’t come across as corporate or transactional. They treat me with kindness and empathy, like I’m more than a spreadsheet entry. Kimani - showed great patience and grace with my 1,000 questions as I moved cross-country from CA. He was instrumental in my decision to select The Row and I can’t thank him enough. Becky - also endlessly patient with my many questions and immediately easy to trust. I feel comfortable approaching her about anything and have no doubt she knows what she’s doing. Bryn - a bright and professional presence, I’m always happy to cross paths with her. Her genuine light and vibe are a rarity, and I'm confident I can trust what she says. John - great all-around human and clearly competent in his craft. My minor maintenance issues were fixed immediately and with a positive attitude. Luis - humble, helpful, seems like someone who will lend a hand for anyone at any time. No doubt an invaluable teammate. Wes - friendly, funny, and adds levity I greatly appreciate. You can’t not smile when you see him in a reel. Thank you to the entire crew, including those I haven’t met. It was a big leap moving here from San Diego and I’m grateful I went for it. “The Row” has an exceptional staff, location, and amenities, as well as beautiful apartments. Hopefully it thrives as a conscious community for years to come, even as we whistle the siren song of gentrification.

I loved The Row. But the company that owns The Row, Kane is a crappy corporate company that doesn’t care about the people that want to live there. I had a great experience touring the place. Grace was very kind and helpful. But I applied and was denied my application. I just bought a car and it dipped my credit and because of that I was denied. I asked if I could do a guarantor or co signer and they said no. I offered a bigger deposit and they said no. So unless your credit is over 650 don’t apply here. I wish instead of a email where they only said no, they actually called me and tried to come up with a solution. I’ve lived in NC for 4 years and have incredible renters history. I’m never late.

What a pleasant surprise when my husband and I visited The Row Raleigh Apartments earlier this week. The community is just about one year old, and the care taken by the team shows in how happy all of the residents we encountered seem to be. Many of them assured us The Row is a great community in which to live. We really like the way they handle the bike storage. The BEST in all of downtown Raleigh that we have seen. They have a separate room with tire inflators and bike tools to keep your bike up to par, and the best feature of their bike room is that it is fob operated and leads right out to one of the bike paths that will take you for miles. Our leasing consultant and assistant manager, Bryn, was so very knowledgeable and helpful during our tour. We explained the layout we were looking for, and she knew right away which options to show us. The apartment is so nicely appointed and has nice appliances (GE and not Whirlpool thank goodness!). The unit we really liked, the Melrose, has a fairly nice-sized balcony and the inside felt spacious as well. Great color scheme and excellent accents on the hardware. We liked the roof top sky deck and the great views of Raleigh. The pool area is super comfortable looking with two grills available and a wonderful gathering area by a fire pit. All of the outside space to gather and enjoy the good seasons of Raleigh. We are very grateful that Bryn was willing to listen to our needs and wants and pair us with just the right unit to consider. When push came to shove, we opted to stay where we are currently renting as we like being in the heart of downtown Raleigh. The Row apartment community is just on the outskirts of downtown, a quick 2-3 minute drive and you are there. It's just, for now, my husband and I wish to have a great walkability apartment home with a huge balcony and a sunset view.
