We’ve really enjoyed working with the team at Maeve Apartments and have been impressed across the board. The property itself is beautiful, with thoughtfully designed spaces, great amenities, and a true luxury feel. What stands out most is the team—they’re professional, responsive, and clearly care about the resident experience. It genuinely feels like a community, not just an apartment complex. Highly recommend Maeve for anyone looking for a quality apartment in downtown Raleigh! P.S. Robyn is awesome, so is the pool setup!

These are probably the most gorgeous apartments I've ever seen! Cleo took the time to show me around all the cool things Maeve had to offer. I loved how modern and elegant everything looked and the views were stunning! Cleo really did a great job at walking me through the whole process and made everything super easy for me. This was hands down the best apartment tour I have ever received!

We recently moved into Maeve Raleigh, and the experience has been fantastic from the very beginning. The building is beautiful, well‑maintained, and thoughtfully designed, but what really made the process exceptional was the team. Cleo gave us a great tour of the apartment and the amenities. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and quick to answer every question we had — and we had a lot. Her responsiveness and professionalism made the entire move‑in process smooth and stress‑free. We’re so glad we chose Maeve Raleigh as our new home. The building is wonderful, and the staff especially Cleo truly goes above and beyond.

Update 4/2026: I’ve now been living at Maeve since December, and overall, my experience has been very positive. While I did encounter an issue during my time here that significantly impacted my experience for an extended period of time, I want to highlight how well it was ultimately handled. A huge thank you to Cleo and Robyn, who were both incredibly attentive, responsive, and fully committed to seeing everything through to resolution. Their communication and follow-through made a meaningful difference and truly reinforced the level of care the team provides. Beyond that, Maeve continues to stand out as a meticulously maintained and genuinely upscale community. From the moment you walk through the building, it’s clear that a great deal of thought has gone into both the design and the day-to-day upkeep. The finishes feel high-end and intentional, the amenity spaces are beautifully curated yet highly functional, and everything is consistently kept in excellent condition. It delivers that polished, modern feel you expect from a top-tier community, while still feeling comfortable and livable day to day. What really sets Maeve apart is the overall experience. It’s not just about aesthetics, but how well everything is operated behind the scenes. The common areas are consistently clean and inviting, and there’s a clear, maintained standard of quality throughout the property. We have been living at The Maeve for three months, and overall, it’s been a wonderful experience. The building is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The amenities are definitely a highlight, the gym is well-equipped, the pool area is relaxing, and the common spaces are always well maintained. The location is also super convenient, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. The staff is friendly and helpful, always quick to respond. Special thanks to Cleo, who made our leasing process smooth, she does an amazing job!! We also appreciate Samantha and Alexis, they’re a great part of the team and always make the resident events fun and welcoming!! Overall, we are very happy living here and would highly recommend The Maeve to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in Raleigh.
