Loved living here for nearly three years and had a great experience. Super friendly staff, very helpful when it comes to asking questions, etc. Britney in the leasing office was great from the time we toured to move out, always super helpful. The community manager Ashley was also super friendly and nice. They put on quite a lot of events with activities, food, etc. to meet people which is nice for the community. Amenities are great, have used the club rooms many times for gatherings, the golf simulator is a hot commodity, rooftop has a nice view and the pool is great in the summer. Maintenance has always been speedy and polite. Base rent stayed rather consistent/nominal increases and they were helpful in figuring out the best options for re-singing lease each year. The value for the rent price is also great for downtown, some of the nicest, largest apartments you will find in this area that are still affordable. Overall, would definitely recommend living here. The location has been amazing, its walking distance to all of the action in Glenwood South (bars, restaurants, etc.) without all of the noise and a well taken care of community.

My experience as a resident here has been outstanding. The living situation is comfortable, well-managed, and truly phenomenal in every sense of the word. The staff deserves particular recognition for their professionalism and willingness to assist with any concern, no matter how small. It is rare to find a rental community that genuinely prioritizes its residents, and this one does exactly that.

I had a great experience at The Metropolitan. The staff were all friendly and approachable, especially Britney. My dog loved the attention and treats. The location is super convenient downtown. You do hear the train, but it’s expected and didn’t bother me. I lived in a two bedroom with great views and later a very spacious studio. Overall, a solid place to live.

Living here is by far one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. There are so many complexes downtown, but none that you’ll get better value for. The apartments are modern, the building is quiet, the events are fun, and the amenities are superb. My roommate and I have met so many great people and thoroughly enjoyed our time here over the past 8 months. One of the best qualities is the staff, as we never have to worry about a thing here. Maintenance is so quick and efficient both in the apartments and around the building. The leasing office is so friendly and has genuinely cared about our experience before and after we signed. Britney Jones in particular is an integral member of the Metropolitan team who makes a considerable effort with all of the residents. She is always at events, chatting with people in the lobby, making residents feel comfortable, and so much more. I haven’t met a single other resident who doesn’t consider her to be a significant part of their experience at the Met. If you’re looking for a genuinely great place all around to live, look no further.
