We’re thrilled to be starting our second year at Highland in North Hills! The staff here is incredible, making us feel right at home. The unique atmosphere, amenities, and the abundance of choices within a short walk are truly special to this location. I don’t think there’s anything else like Highland NH, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and special place to live. We absolutely love it!

I absolutely love living at The Highland! The apartments are beautifully designed with thoughtful finishes, and the location couldn’t be better — living in the heart of North Hills has so many perks. One of my favorite details (besides the stunning lobby) is that they play jazz music right outside the building — it’s such a small touch that makes a huge difference and shows how much thought went into creating this community. The people here are just as wonderful. The community is so welcoming, and I already feel like I’ve made amazing friends and connections through The Highland. I truly couldn’t picture myself living anywhere else.

After six months at Highland at NH, it truly has been a pleasure. The location that affords walking to shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities is great. The view from the higher floors is amazing. Amenities are numerous and well maintained. It truly is a pleasure to live here.

I want to personally thank Tay, concierge at the Highlands. She’s assisted us in several ways and has consistently went above and beyond to take care of our concerns. My wife and I are big fans of hers and she’s a great representative of The Highlands.Keep up the good work!

Best apartments in Raleigh by far. The location is 11/10, I'm walking to everything now! The amenities and the finishes in the apartment are what fully sold me and my fiancé! The cherry on top is the service by the leasing office and maintenance team, it was impeccable! They made my hectic move-in very seamless and stress-free! I will be recommending this building as the flagship property of Raleigh!
