Elan Capital Hills is such a great place to call home. Loure is so very amazing and the entire staff is great as well. They have a special vibe going on. The hospitality and the beautiful apartments makes this well worth it to come make this your new home. Location, amenities, staff and luxury features are more than can ask for.

Hi, just wanted to say Happy Birth day Norbeli, she was 5 star upon my visiting and touring the apartment complex. Its' a bran new building , and i highly recommend to anyone to looking to rent. Complex is super clean and new, it does not get any better than this.. U really get your rental money worth it. Norbeli was friendly and very honest, and once again wish her a truly blessed happy birthday!

I recently toured Elan Capital Hills and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I was warmly greeted by Evelia and her two amazing colleagues, and they immediately made me feel welcome. Evelia was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. Evelia took her time walking me through the different floor plans, pricing, and amenities, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated being able to view both a furnished and an unfurnished floor plan. Seeing the furnished unit helped me visualize how my own furniture would fit, while touring the unfurnished space gave me a clear understanding of the layout and square footage. That combination made the decision process so much easier and more realistic. The amenities truly stood out — the dog park, the gym, and especially the community garden were highlights for me. Those features made the property feel less like a typical apartment complex and more like a thoughtfully designed community. The overall atmosphere was clean, modern, and inviting. I left feeling excited and confident about potentially making Elan Capital Hills my next home.

I’m new to Raleigh and have been checking out a few different places, and this was easily the best experiences in the mix of it all Big shoutout to Loure, Norbeli, and Andy — they were all super helpful and made the process feel easy. I asked a few questions that I kinda felt were dumb, but they took it in stride and didn’t make me feel that way — just took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care, which goes a long way for someone tryna get settled in a new city. Definitely worth moving forward with

Oh my word! What can I say about this place? We've looked at 8 other places and canceled the 3 others we were going to look at after looking at this place. Norbeli helped us with the tour and application and she was sweet and helpful! The details they put into this place, and how hard they work....you can tell they care to make this place a home for you! My husband Andy and I are looking forward to living here! Thank you for helping us breathe a little easier as we step into a new state, a new job and a new home!
