The Lincoln is a fabulous place to live. Meg and Daniella and the whole management team are the BEST! They made it sooo easy for my husband and I to move down all the way from VT. We loved our time in our apartment. The community is so welcoming and it is awesome to be so close-by to so many Raleigh gems. The property is managed so well and everyone from the front office and maintenance teams are so kind and responsive. We will miss it foreverrrr. We have nothing but fond mems of this place ❤️❤️

I lived here for 7 years and have only nice things to say about the community and the staff. The building itself is very secure, with fob access required at all exterior doors including the parking garage (FYI plenty of parking spaces, which is not the case for a lot of apartments I've visited). The location is right next to downtown and also only a couple blocks from Historic Oakwood; I loved walking my dogs there and looking at the old houses, plus Oakwood goes all out for Halloween. The amenities are great and well maintained (gym, pool, lounge, free coffee machine, dog wash, grills, probably others I'm forgetting). The community is very dog friendly and has plenty of great areas nearby to walk your dogs. There are frequent community events (trivia nights, ugly christmas sweater party, free coffee from drew's brews, etc) if you're looking to socialize. The package room system works well - never lost a package in 7 years and I did plenty of online shopping! And I loved the unit itself (wouldn't have moved at all, except that I had to relocate for a new job). Appliances worked well, all of the finishes are of good quality, and the bedroom and bathroom are sized generously. My unit faced downtown which I also really loved. Definitely my favorite apartment I've lived in by far, and I will miss it immensely! A big thank you to Daniella and Meagan and the maintenance team!! Living at the Lincoln the past 2 years, I couldn’t have found a better apartment in Raleigh! All the staff and maintenance here are so friendly and truly care about their residents. Location is unbeatable, clean and comfortable layout, fun apartment events, well cared for units. Would recommend to my closest friends! Thanks for everything Lincoln!

Am about to leave this beautiful luxurious community. Don’t think twice, I lived here for a year and am relocating. Don’t waste your time, best amenities, quick efficient maintenance, professional and friendly management, I am gonna miss Daniella, Meagan and Lani. They make my day Everytime I see them. Great price for the space, quietness, security and best amenities. Events… all the time by management. Neighbors, the best. I enjoyed my summer swimming and taking a sun bath. I can’t get enough from the espresso bar that comes here every now and then. The lounge is amazing and cozy. Save time and money and come here.

I absolutely love living here! I toured many apartments downtown and this was by far my favorite...and less expensive. The location is perfect and can't say enough good things about Meagan, Chloe and Daniella in the office! They go above and beyond to make the residents happy and sonetimes I just stop by to have a fun chat with them :) And shout out to Ceasar who keeps the building spotless and just all around great person. Great mix of super friendly residents and just a few blocks from restaurants and bars so still quiet. My apartment is gorgeous...guests are always amazed at how quiet and pretty it is and I've thrown some really fun parties in the awesome lounge area. As long as I'm in Raleigh, im staying here!!
