Absolutely love it! Moved here fresh out of college and the process could not have been easier. Was given a great tour of the building and facilities so that I would know where everything was come time to move in. VERY clean which is something I was very particular about when looking for apartments in the Raleigh area. Have not seen a pest of any sort anywhere in or around the building. Which can not be said for other complexes. I'm able to walk to were I work which is a bonus and Publix/Harris Teeter are only a few minutes away and very walkable. Management has been great to work with and I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes!

Nice units. Great staff. Close to a lot to do. A lot of community activities. The pool is great. I recommend, especially if you want to be near things to do, want to have things to do within your community, and want to meet people.

I only lived here for 4 months but my experience here was perfect! The location cannot be beat- there are tons of great restaurants and bars walkable on the same street. Glenwood Avenue bars do get loud on the weekends but the convenience makes it worth it. Sometimes I could even hear live music from the bar on my balcony, which was cool. The train horn is very loud, that is the only downside. Other than that, the gym and amenities has everything you need and more! The staff, especially Anthony, was super helpful for all of my questions and made moving to a new city so much easier. I would definitely live here again if I am back in Raleigh!

I lived at the Gramercy for 2+ years, during this time I most enjoyed the convenient/safe location and friendly staff. The receptionist, Danielle, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and caring. Now that we’ve moved, we’ll miss her warm greeting each day.

I’m not sure if my original review went through, so if this is a second one, that just means Gramercy deserves it! I’ve been living here for 3 months now and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From day one, the staff made the move-in process incredibly smooth. I had just graduated college and everything felt a little chaotic, but they helped make the transition seamless. My apartment is clean, modern, and comfortable, and the community here is so welcoming. Everyone I’ve met has been super friendly. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I’ll definitely be recommending Gramercy to my friends! Not to mention they have great pool parties lol
