I couldn't say more positive things about my experience here. I've lived here two years, and from staff, amenities, location, overall cleanliness, and maintenance attentiveness - it's been a dream. A couple highlights: - Maintenance Attentiveness: Chris on the maintenance team is incredible, and was resolving issues in my unit same day always. - Unit Layout and Design: My A9 unit has been incredible, plenty of storage, massive bathroom, natural light - I'm truly sad to leave - Cleanliness: I haven't seen a one bug, one cockroach in my time here which is truly unheard of - Location: I could see Moore Square from my unit - I felt so connected to downtown Truly sad to be leaving!!

Nick in the leasing office has been absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, he has been professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer questions and make sure everything was clearly explained. What really stands out is his responsiveness and attention to detail—he follows up promptly and genuinely cares about making sure residents have a great experience. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart.

Everything has been so smooth and easy from the moment I toured to moving in the other week! Brittany was especially helpful for the whole process, as well as the rest of the staff. The place is clean, has great areas to work from the lobby, the gym is more than adequate for an apartment, and all the residents seem friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking to be in DTR area.

I truly cannot say enough good things about living at Edison Lofts. I’ve been here since August (I moved to Raleigh for law school), and now that it’s March, I can confidently say my experience has been nothing but amazing. Any lower reviews have not reflected my experience at all. Like anyone, I had specific things I was looking for in an apartment. I wanted to be in the city, within walking distance to everyday spots, and, most importantly, somewhere I felt safe, comfortable, and at home. Edison Lofts has exceeded every single one of those expectations. The location is incredible! The building is nestled right between a coffee shop and a gelato shop, with *so many* restaurants and trendy spots nearby. I can walk to school, coffee, the YMCA, church, walking trails and pretty much anywhere else. I truly think the price is very reasonable for such a safe, cozy place right in the middle of everything Raleigh has to offer. As a single woman living alone, safety is incredibly important to me, and I have consistently felt secure here. The building is extremely secure, with key access required for entry, each floor, and from the parking garage. I’ve never had a single time where I felt unsafe or noticed anyone who didn’t belong. Of course, like any city, you stay aware of your surroundings when out and about and use common sense, but Raleigh itself feels safe, and this building contributes to that sense of comfort. I’ve really loved the sense of community here, too. The staff put on events for residents that make the building feel more connected and welcoming and I appreciate the diversity of people who live here. It’s a lot of young professionals, like me, but the building has plenty of families and older residents, too. There are also plenty of residents with dogs, which I love! The amenities are also a huge plus. People actually use the common spaces, which is, at least in my experience, rare. You’ll regularly find people making coffee at the espresso machine in the morning or gathering for a game of pool on a Friday night. The 24/7 gym is fantastic, the pool area is beautiful, and the attached parking garage adds an extra layer of convenience when carrying in groceries, etc. It’s clear the staff take pride in taking good care of the building. The maintenance team is kind, responsive, professional, altogether so great and the system to make maintenance requests is super easy and efficient. The entire building is exceptionally clean, which was highly important to me, too. Edison Lofts is truly cleaner than any other apartment complex I’ve seen in the city. I’ve never had a single issue with bugs. I actually haven’t spotted a single bug, like, ever. The valet trash is well managed and it seems like the common areas and hallways are cleaned daily so the building smells nice. But what truly sets Edison Lofts apart is the staff; especially Nick. Nick was the first person who gave me a tour, and he completely set the tone for my experience. My sister and I came back the next day for another tour (and with lots of follow up questions) and he was just as kind and welcoming. I submitted a rental application a couple months later and Nick actually distinctly remembered my tour. I don’t know how he does it. Since moving in, he has been such a positive, reliable presence; always friendly, always helpful, and someone who genuinely cares. One time my package got lost in the mail lockers, and Nick literally went through every locker with me until we found it. That level of effort meant so much. He truly goes above and beyond. Overall, the community feels friendly, the staff are incredible, and the entire experience has been better than I could have hoped for. I genuinely love living here and can’t imagine being anywhere else during my time in law school. If you’re considering Edison Lofts, I would absolutely recommend it. (& I hope you get the chance to meet Nick, because he is a huge part of what makes this place so special.)

I’ve lived at Edison Lofts for 9 months & hope this will be my permanent home. Nick made the leasing experience seamless and continues to be responsive & professional with any additional needs I may have. Chris and Jay from maintenance are prompt, professional and courteous. The amenities are excellent and the shared areas in the building are always clean.
