Best apartment I’ve ever lived in 🥲🤍 leasing team/maintenance team are all incredibly kind & responsive. The amenities are great, and the workshop and co-working spaces were the selling points for me! Super convenient apps to allow guests into the property too. They are always planning and hosting relevant events and these have been a great way to feel the community vibe Platform gives. Never had any WiFi/electrical/appliance/etc issues, and very rarely had noise problems from neighbors. The only “cons” I have are super minor; the package rooms are sometimes a disaster, and the parking deck gate is often broken. Regardless, these wouldn’t sway me from signing another lease if I was staying in the area! Definitely going to miss living here!

I have enjoyed the building and location of the Platform. Clean, nice amenities/gym, and close to the Raleigh Warehouse district (please continue to read). However, I will not be renewing my lease here. Recently, they implemented a change that is frustrating and was not clearly stated when I moved in. This is the first time I have had this occur during any apartment in Raleigh. Guests have to pay a fee to park in our building which up until 3/23/26 was free and easy. Each tenant gets 160 hours a month. This sounds like a lot but this is equivalent to one person staying a long weekend. After that it is nearly $30 A DAY! There is permit parking around the building, so guests will have to park multiple blocks away. I brought this concern to the front office, and was told this was to allow for businesses located on the bottom floor of the building to provide spaces for their clients. Currently, the business locations are still mostly empty or under construction so I felt this was a disingenuous response. I have also noticed there is amble parking on the top of the garage so why not allow for guests to park there? Would those stopping in for a coffee at a small shop park on the second floor and walk down the ramp for a coffee? This is my main reason for only giving a 2 star review and hoping management sees the frustration not only from me but the community at large around this change. I HIGHLY expect more residents to give negative feedback on this in the coming weeks. The solution they offered was to add someone to the lease for an additional cost, so to me this feels like a play to make additional revenue from residents. The photos I added also show the top two levels and apparent “guest parking” area. Also, the package room situation has always been a headache. Hoping Platform can change for the better but as of now you would be better suited to look for an apartment elsewhere if you’re planning to have guests or a significant other stay with you more than one weekend a month!

I've been living at Platform for 1.5 years and I absolutely love it. The location of the apartment is amazing on its own and I walk into downtown/Glenwood often. They have fun community events every month and the management staff are amazing! They have always helped me solve a problem. I would definitely recommend at least taking a tour of the apartments!

We’ve been living here for over a year now and plan to stay for a while longer. From the very first day, we were genuinely drawn to the design. It’s easily one of the most thoughtfully designed communities in Raleigh. The maintenance crew is prompt, professional, and very kind. I still remember one small issue we had at home; it was fixed quickly, and a few months later, I randomly ran into the same technician in the elevator who asked if everything was still working well. That level of care really stayed with me, especially in a community with hundreds of households. The leasing office staff are always friendly and responsive whenever questions come up. Special thanks to Carly, who was incredibly helpful during our renewal process and patiently worked through all our questions. Overall, we really enjoy living here. It genuinely feels more like home over time.

By far the best apartment building and STAFF, in the Triangle. Michael and Nella are always so friendly and helpful. Kyle is the most knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to taking care of the residents and the building. Platform is an amazing building with close proximity to downtown and amazing views. Go check it out!
