We had the pleasure of a short term stay and it was delightful. Our nightly rate was less than many of the nearby hotels and included outstanding amenities. A few highlights: - On site gym - Full kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit - Walkable to neighboring restaurants, bars and shops (in the same block) - Plenty of common areas for work, study and socializing The staff was hospitable and upon arrival we were given a tour of the property by Sara. She went out of her way to point out all the amenities and common spaces we had access to. Furthermore, she made some great local recommendations and answered our questions about the area. We had a small delay with accessing our unit, but Sara and her team went out of their way to be sure we were taken care.

I came to town for a conference and wanted to enjoy a tasty lunch before the chaos. My destination was Ponysaurus Brewing, but there were several other tasty looking options that I would come back to try. Parking in the garage was easy and free (midday on a Thursday). There are two elevators, so pay more attention than I did, but it’s not a difficult maze like some.

I can’t say enough great things about the Community Manager, Sara, and the Assistant Community Manager, Nina! From the moment I walked in they made me feel welcomed and valued. They were patient, responsive and always so accommodating through the leasing process— I appreciate them so much!

I had a wonderful tour at The Forge Raleigh Iron Works with Nina! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and easy. Nina took the time to answer all my questions and really made me feel confident about the community. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re planning a visit!

After touring this place with Molly I applied the same day.. she is patient and very friendly. And although I lost my deposit from another apartment in Cary where I had already been approved, I was happy with my decision. Chase and Ann Marie have always had a quick and open communication with me. Both very professional people! The style and character of this area is very unique!! Forge has amazing amenities (coffee machine my favorite :) pool, gym, separate yoga room, game room, court yard area.. the lounge on the 7th floor great place to watch the sunsets, etc. All of the art work around the building is super cool!! The landscape looks always so neat !! The restaurants here and the brewery along with other retailers are top!! The apartments have large windows that let in a lot of natural light. I personally have several plants for this reason. The balconies are roomy. I love the kitchen layout with ample kitchen cabinets and the silver tile backsplash and the floor plan as well. I had a few things that needed adjusting and maintenance took care of them right away. The maintenance and cleaning crew is helpful and polite. I do have a few neighbors around me and I would say that the rooms are pretty quiet! As for the safety side, there are several doors leading to the stairs with clear signs showing the exit points! Many fire alarms in the corridors and loud enough to alert you. Plus the rooms also have 2 to 3 alarms installed. The location is excellent, downtown raleigh is only 5 minutes away, RDU airport 20 minutes away, 440 just around the corner, and the greenway just down the road. There’s also a great Barber Shop across the street! Forge has several bike racks to store your bike and some charging stations for electric vehicles. So excited about the other new things that are being built...that will make this place even more fun and awesome!!
