Overall, I am encapsulated by Camden Village District. As a current tenant, this is my second apartment complex in Raleigh and I can confidently say it is well beyond any other building I’ve lived in. From amenities, to cleanliness and specifically, to leadership. I want to specifically recognize Maddie from the leasing office for being exceptional at what she does. Living in any apartment community comes with occasional challenges, and when I experienced ongoing sound disturbances from a neighboring unit, Maddie handled the situation with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. Camden Village District is a great place to live, and having someone like Maddie managing resident concerns makes a noticeable difference in the overall experience. She is responsive, fair, and truly an asset to this community. Overall, I am way beyond enthusiastic about living in Camden.

Maddie was absolutely amazing. She made the entire process of finding and moving into my apartment so smooth and stress-free! From the first tour to signing the lease, she went above and beyond answering all my questions. Helping me navigate options that fit my needs perfectly, and even following up to make sure everything was set for move-in day. Her knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made me feel confident this was the right place. The community itself is fantastic. Friendly neighbors, well-maintained grounds, and a welcoming atmosphere that already feels like home. If you’re looking for an apartment where the staff truly cares, Maddie and this community are top tier. I Highly recommend! Thanks again, Maddie

My partner and I toured the Camden Village District apartments and were blown away by the beautiful floor plans and copious amenities! Michael provided an engaging and informative tour and diligently maintained communication with us through our extended process of looking for a new home. Unfortunately, we were unable to join this community at this time, but our experience working with them for this brief period was wonderful and I highly recommend anyone looking for a great location and beautiful interiors call Michael and check out Camden Village District!

While I was shopping for job opportunities in North Carolina, I wanted to find the perfect place to call home, and Camden Village District quickly became my top choice. From the moment I walked into the office, Maddie stood up to greet me and kept me engaged the entire time. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and highly professional, walking me through multiple apartment floor plans and explaining every detail; pricing, utilities, parking, and everything I needed to know. What truly sets Maddie apart is her dedication and follow-up. Even as I explored other options in the NC area, she stayed in touch, making sure I had all the information I needed. In the end, a major law firm extended me an offer, but in Miami. Despite that, Maddie made such an impression that if I ever land a new job opportunity or anything brings me back to North Carolina, I would return without hesitation because Camden Village District is an amazing place to live, and because Maddie makes it extraordinary. She’s not just helpful; she’s a true jewel who turns a great community into an exceptional experience. Camden Village District is lucky to have her! If you want someone who combines expertise, professionalism, and genuine care, Maddie is the one to see.

Camden Village Apartments is IT! I had an amazing & very efficient tour with Deonna - she was super patient and was willing to show me multiple floor plans until I found a fit. She’s also really professional and personable! I felt a warm welcome and it felt like home instantly. Definitely love that the building is still new and that each apartment had a lot of cabinet space, which is very much appreciated. The layout was definitely well thought out. Even the smaller 1BRs still felt spacious. It also felt like they are very community centered offering different opportunities for their residents to mix and mingle. The amenities, especially the gym, were a bonus as well. I 100% recommend!
