Living at 400H has been such a beautiful experience. The views are spectacular everywhere you look, especially with the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. (Pretty sure my dog loves the views even more than I do. She treats the floor-to-ceiling windows like her personal squirrel-watching channel.) The finishes and design details feel thoughtful and high-quality, but what truly makes 400H special is the people. The management and staff are exceptional. Always kind, supportive, and genuinely invested in creating memorable experiences for residents. Their events and social gatherings have made it easy to meet new people, feel connected, and build real community. There’s a sense of safety and belonging here that’s hard to find elsewhere. Hot tip: never skip one of their pool parties. Like, ever. From the peaceful atmosphere to the friendly faces you see every day, 400H feels like home.

Hands down the best place to live in downtown Raleigh! We spent around 14 months here and the team of Jacob, Sarena, Carrie, Lexiam and Michael were always incredible. One of our favorite things about 400H was the amazing concierge service. This team (Mia during the day time) was a huge part of our amazing experience as they communicated to us regarding packages, pet sitters, DoorDash deliveries and so much more. The community is so clean and the gym is also incredible for an apartment community. They also have electric chargers for cars which is really nice! We can’t recommend 400H enough if you are looking to live in downtown Raleigh!

One of the best apartments in all of Raleigh. Awesome location, great views, new & clean apartments, nice staff, good guest parking system, fantastic gym, easy package system. Things that could improve: parking gate has gone down a few times since I've been here, and their washer/dryers don't match the quality of the apartments.

Lovely apartments and amenities. Concierge is friendly, garage parking seems secure and safe. Definitely 20s-30s young professionals vibe.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at 400H Apartments. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. The amenities are top-tier and make everyday living so convenient and enjoyable. What really sets 400H apart, though, is the incredible team. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the office staff is always helpful and responsive. You genuinely feel valued here, not just like another tenant. I highly recommend 400H Apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful property with an outstanding team and a great community!
