The moment you step into the lobby you’ll understand EXACTLY what I mean. The attention to detail is unparalleled. You will be in good hands working with either Rahim or Meredith. Rahim made move-in day painless, easy, and straightforward. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to anyone in the Raleigh area.

0 out of 10 do not recommend!!! This place is anything but “luxury.” It’s clearly an old hotel that was converted into apartments, and it shows. Management is unprofessional and inconsiderate, with maintenance requests often going unanswered or only partially completed. Tenants are expected to live in uninhabitable conditions through no fault of their own. There is a blatant disregard for tenant rights, and management should be held accountable.
