The Eighty8 Apartments has been our home for a year and half.Ms.Maria is amazing! She went above and be on assisting us with getting our apartment! My lifelong roommate (husband) was in the hospital leading up to our move in date.Ms Maria was so patient.We were able to move in the day he was discharged. Our unit is lovely, the photos do not do it justice. Our neighbors are friendly. Even though it is an open property/semi-secure (foyer doors) we both feel safe. Morning and evening traffic subsides by 7pm evenings / 9am morings.Weekends are quite and peaceful. The Eighty8 Apartments is situated between Maryland Parkway and 13th Street. Both are one way streets. Maryland Parkway South and 13th North. Street construction is on going on both streets. New street lights, trees line sidewalks, RTC bus stops, and traffic signals with crosswalks will add to the properties neiborghood walk ability feel for us. Mr. Leonardo and the young lady who is the property porter are helpful and detailed. When first moved in our windows were stuck and didn't have screens. Lightening (cat) likes to sit in window. Ms. Maria helped me complete the maintenance request and Mr. Leonardo was able to install the next day. It has been such a great experience and we both know this is home.

We've lived here for 1 1/2 years and it's one of the best, affordable rentals we've ever lived in. The place is kept up really well and it really feels like a community atmosphere. They even do cool events like pizza parties for all the residents. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Marie the manager here please complex she was very pleasant sweet and definitely went on her way to please the customer the apartments are very quiet everybody's family oriented and nice and stick to themselves definitely a five star

My current experience with Maria has been great. I have been living there since March 2025 making a year this March 2026. She keeps the property clean and answers all work request promptly and also her correspondence is great answering emails and keeping in line of communication open with her tenants. I appreciate you Maria I have a recommend this building to anyone.

Manager Maria is shady as can be. She has a private armed security guard not for the tenants or the property just for her. That should tell you something right there. These apartments are cockroach infested and mouse infested. We were also treated for bed bugs. Do not rent from this company. They don’t care about people it’s all about the money. Stay away.
