Excellent luxury apartments. Recent construction off the strip in Las Vegas Nevada. I’ve owned a home and have lived in multiple apartment complexes and different types of buildings throughout my career. This complex has the nicest building, best garage, and best management I’ve experienced. I relocated from the other side of the country and got the apartment site unseen. I did so with confidence because of the way they treated me and the professionalism that I experienced from Geneva and the other members of the management team. I felt safe making my choice and it has proven to be a good choice. I was greeted warmly and have been treated well and with consistency. They enforce the rules and do their best to maintain the level of quality and sophistication. The unit is energy efficient and my utility bill is tracking to be quite low even with the Vegas heat. Everything is nice, from the unit layout to their selection of appliances. The design of the units make them feel larger than the square footage reflects. Pool is clean and the gym is really good for an apartment gym; I’m an athlete so have high standards there and it’s the best apartment gym I have ever seen. I also need charging ports for my car and there are a lot available in the garage. Would recommend. Things do cost but you pay for the location, management quality, cleanliness, and included services. Hard to beat this level of quality in Vegas for an apartment right in the middle of the city.

I absolutely love living here. The location alone is unbeatable—tucked just off the Las Vegas Strip behind Vdara, it offers the perfect balance of being right in the heart of everything while still feeling private and removed from the constant noise and crowds. It’s truly the best of both worlds. The building itself is just as impressive. Being only about a year old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The amenities really take it to another level as well—the 24-hour gym is incredibly convenient and well-equipped, and the pool area is awesome, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a day in the sun. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the leasing office. Geneva and Francesca are nothing short of amazing. They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Any time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and with a great attitude, which makes a huge difference. All around, this has been an outstanding living experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Lura Vegas is a total hidden gem of a luxury apartment. It used to be called Aura or something like that, it's literally behind Aria Casino and the two high rise towers, so you can walk to the strip, Vdara / Aria over this enclosed bridge. It's basically a brand new complex, clean, super safe and secure (the most secure facility I have ever lived, door cameras every apartment, fob access everywhere, indoor parking with rolling metal gate and impossible to enter parking structure on the sides (this place is like a fort knox seriously, they even have private secured garages for an extra fee for people with high end Lambos or Ferraris), pool is really nice, and lounges with pool table , coffee, desks etc. Best of all management is amazing and super helpful, Franchesca, Ruby and Geneva. They are really friendly, helpful and respond to your texts almost instantly. We had two minor issues with our unit and ran into the two maintenance guys and they followed us to our unit and fixed them in 5 minutes, I was blown away! Lastly, who ever is the owner of this place did well with technology apps, you can basically control everything and see everything from your phone. I just hope Franchesca, Ruby and Geneva will stay at Lura for next few years while I am here because they make living here pleasant. PS. it's really quiet here, I barely run into anyone, which is great if you work from home. Highly recommend this place.

I moved into Aura February of 2025 and my experience here has been extraordinary. Franchesca, Geneva and Amanda are always there to help with anything I need or might have a question about. Mike and Juan respond to maintenance calls with promptness. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a new place to live here in Las Vegas. At the heart of the strip it is very convenient to get anywhere around town with the freeway entrance being right there. The pool lounge and gym are my favorite features of this complex, not to mention the pool with the grill area that is great for hosting guests. Everything is always clean and well kept here. I absolutely love living here. 5/5 not going to move out anytime soon. A huge thank you to the wonderful team here at Aura! - Misha Huynh

I just moved in January 1st and I think I will be here for a while! Very nice clean building with awesome views, gym and great pool with club room! Inside covered secure garage parking is a plus. Only a 7 minute walk to the strip by Aria and Cosmo! Location Location Location! Shout out to management, Geneva is the best and Francesca is all that!! The Maintenance crew is top notch too!
